Taco Bell — Restaurant in Fort Wayne

Ok, I just want to say that 6 months ago, this was my favorite taco bell to come at night in all of Fort Wayne. Their employees were engaging and funny and i had a blast each time i went through the drive thru. I filled out a survey for them several times praising their team, but tonight, i've lost all faith with them

I spent 40 mins in the drive through, 35 of those minutes was at the window!!!!! They first told me that orders i made with steak and beef would have a long delay, so they asked me if id like chicken for everything, i of course said yes, but seriously? 35 mins isnt a freaking delay?

I waved down an employee after 20 mins and he said he was on break and didnt know why it was taking so long but hed fetch the manager...who never came

10 mins later i honked my horn twice and a woman looked at me several times and ignored me. I waved her down and i told her i was there for 40 mins and i wanted to know what was going on?

She told me she just arrived, which is complete bull, because i watched that window for almost an hr and I saw her the entire time.

FINALLY I got my food, no apology and no explaination and would you like to know how the food was?

Im just flabbergasted that my beloved stellhorn taco bell could fall so drastically from grace. It bad enough that a 2 taco meal is almost 15 dollars, now i have to deal with abysmal customer service too?

Well no thank you, id rather starve than deal with...

Worst experience ever in my life, me and my son go and he love Taco Bell. Well we ordered a cravings box, hum where do I start the fries were not cooked all the way and were cold. So I don't understand were they pulled early and then sat on the counter for 20 minutes. My tacos were soaked in grease, as saying I ordered hard tacos and they were not hard they were orange and dripping. When my heart stops I hand them my hospital bills if thats what they want. So I call and the manager is a young boy, and would not tell me his name and then proceed to tell me that he knew the fires were cold so I can brung them back and he will replace just them. I would like my whole order replaced. Just saying called corporate and still haven't heard anything back. I recommend not going here its all children on 3rd shift and if they act like that I am going to assume they don't change there gloves and wash there hands. Very disappointing and disgusted with the service I received here. I would rather spend my money at Burger King and thats just as bad. My opinion tho, if you want find out for your self. Totally not worth your wait...

It’s Taco Bell, the food speaks for itself. I’m leaving this review because of how bad the wait always is for the drive-thru. This is the third time I’ve had this problem. As typing this, I’ve been waiting in line for 20 minutes now. There are three cars in front of me and four behind me, so I can’t even leave the line. None of us have moved. When I got to the speaker, the guy working it sounded bored out of his mind. He works for probably minimum wage so I can’t blame his tone for that. But damn, I’m literally just stuck here. I’d love to leave but can’t. Oh and now the line is moving. — Turns out two drinks and a couple bags of food take 25 minutes to make. Once I got up to the window, I could hear all the employees inside talking and flirting. Most of them were on their phones. Someone would call out that an order was ready and you’d just hear someone on their phone say “yeah, give me a second” as they sat there for a moment before finally doing their job. This happens so frequently here - go to any other location unless you’re okay with waiting in a drive thru for...
