Third time we have been to this location and the two times we had bad experiences we were not given receipts even though we asked. The first time I brushed it off as a bad night and gave it another shot. Second time we were VERY pleased! This last time though really upsets me. I used to work at a DQ in college about a year ago and am just frustrated since I know how this works and I know how people try to get away with it. The people in front of us were waiting on fresh food which caused us to wait was well. We had no problem as we were getting a dipped cone and a blizzard. We waited about 10 minutes or so, I assumed fresh chicken strips had been dripped. When we got to the window I noticed my blizzard had a lid on it with the spoon inside the blizzard already. No real problem, but with COVID going on it was a little off putting the girl at the window wasn'twearing gloves and had placed my spoon in the blizzard. I knew it was going to be kind of soupy if they put a lid on and didn't flip it but I didn't think it would be as bad as it was. When they handed us the cone they had wrapped it in a few napkins because at this point it was just melting all over the cone. I opened the lid to my blizzard and it was liquid. We knew they made them the second we ordered and they had sat there the whole 10 or so minutes we were in line. We had already pulled away so looped around and saw an even bigger line and chose not to wait because the cone would be all over the car by the time we even got to the speaker and with COVID I wasn't sure if the inside was even open for us to walk into. I'm frustrated that we waited so long for something we have to go home and throw into the freezer just to enjoy. When I say this was liquid, I mean there was no solids besides the candy to pile on my spoon, it was like I was drinking literal soup. I was just going to fill out the survey so the owners/managers were aware of the situation but since they didn't give it to us, it gets to go public. I will not be going back to this location which is a shame because I know it can be good, it just depends...
Read moreIf I could give no stars I would me and my husband had our daughter try to go inside and their female employee who was mopping didnt make any gestures that it was closed just smiled and watched as my daughter tried to come inside and was unable to do as it was closed so we just decided to go through their drive through which had 2 cars in it as we pulled up to the speaker we weren't greeted or asked to wait and we even said hello twice as we had been sitting there for 5-10 minutes and they proceeded to even turn their drive through speaker off which confused us we ended up pulling off and I called the store to see if they were even open and was then told their lobby closed at 9:30 and drive through at 10 and they turned their drive through off to "catch up" this experience was so rude and disrespectful and the employees just outright disregarded customer service and tossed it out...
