I WOULD RATE -5 FOR THE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I came here to order directly from the restaurant and so called manager Jasona trying to act too smart after confirming the order. She thinks she owns the restaurant. She straight away refused to give us the order without even taking the payment even after showing our Id's. She has got no patience and clearly showing racism towards customers. No one shows up if they are not polite to their customers. People come here to have good food and good time. If an employee with 0 respect towards their customers that's a downfall to your place. No one wants to face them when they visit your place. I always wonder why there's less crowd compared to other bars. This is why no one shows up.

Firstly, you can't believe what ever your bartender is trying to say you. You can see your ratings in customer service how outstanding you guys are doing. The more you believe the more outstanding it's gonna be like as usual. Secondly, we wanted to dine-in. But she asked to show our ids. So we thought of making the payment initially and then go get our ids in the mean while until the food is ready. She refused to do that. So went and bought my INDIANA DL and my friend's INTERNATIONAL DL. We changed our mind and wanted a to-go order. I gave my credit card for the payment to the other lady on the bar counter who was at least treating us like human beings. We just sat down at the bar counter and so called manger rudely asked us to wait outside instead of waiting on the bar counter. I had to react the same way just like here saying- you already have my card in your hand, you should take the payment and give me my card so that i can go wait outside. After my reply she started verbally abusing me saying you don't get your food you can get lost. I was very confident as I can get it by Door-dash either. I stayed there in the restaurant for 45mins after the argument and ordered it through Doordash and picked up my food.I was waiting outside for my Doordash pickup but she came out abusing me every 5 mins that you don't get your food and you can leave.
I'm attaching my Doordash receipt as well as proof. You can cross check the timings of my order. I remember you typing as a mother of soon to be 5 children, Jasona cannot afford to buy peoples food either. Why the hell would I expect some one to pay my food. Why would I give my credit card if I expect her to buy me food. This clearly shows how good she's at telling stories. You can only improve your customer service and customer satisfaction when you stop believing your own employees. Look at the reviews from your customers how badly your employees treat them. Just go through each and every review instead of backing up them. I know you should go through a lot of stuff when you own a business. You should at least consider what majority of your customers are going through before backing up your employees. I have even thought of coming here in my free time for fun. But I will not be doing that now. I was waiting over a 1/2 an hour for a customer's order. A man came up and asked if the doorbell was working and I told him I've already spoken to 2 people and I've been waiting over a 1/2 an hour. He got in my face and told me that's not possible. I said I can show you on my phone that it was supposed to be ready at this time. He got louder and angrier. He said it's not possible, Just leave and pass it on to someone else. I told him I'm going to wait for my customer's order since I've already been waiting all this time. I saw a woman behind him with a bag of food and i asked if that was for my customer. Je got even angrier and louder telling me to get out of here.Is it ready yet? And I gave the name and he told me. He seemed drunk(was holding an alcoholic beverage) very belligerent in my face. I called my company and reported the incident. They tried calling to speak with them to check on the order themselves, and they refused to answer the phone. Another employee came out and told me that that drunk man who was belligerent was the manager! And that if I did not leave he was going to call the police on me. I asked for the drunk guy's name but the employee I asked refused to give it to me out of fear of losing his job. I will be filing and official report with the police. Read moreThe food is mediocre, three people in our group got burgers and I got the fish fry. The service was not good. Our waitress seemed like she had no clue what she was doing, brought my drink with the straw already out of the wrapper and in my drink, told one of our friends she thought she forgot her garlic fries, left to check on it and said she definitely remembered and her food came out without garlic fries or the aioli they were supposed to come with, which we were told they were out of after we had to ask for it. Our other friend ordered onion rings instead of fries, was brought fries and our waitress told him “you didn’t tell me you wanted onion rings” - accusing him of not telling her, when he 100% did, and didn’t apologize until after the manager (assuming) came to the table, saying she was confused about the onion rings because he had ordered raw onion on his burger, not sure how that was mixed up.
