I've been a dedicated customer to Dairy Queen for a few months now and going there at least twice a day just about every single day this whole time. Until today... When I pulled in and up to the speaker, I sat there for 5 minutes with no response at all. So when I drove around to the window to get service there was no one in sight, not when I pulled in front of store either, but then, an older couple pulled in drove up to the window and were greeted by someone to take their order. Now, I have never been rude, disrespectful or caused any type of issue or given a reason to be silently ignored and treated like that by them... in fact I have always been the total opposite...a couple weeks ago I ordered my usual vanilla malt only to get looked at as if I did something by a mixed girl who claimed to be a manager and then get served a vanilla shake instead of a malt by her. I called the store about it and again was disrespected by her which the call ended with remarks uncalled for. This store is filled with childish teenagers who disrespect the public like they probably do their parents. That store has the worst of everything... that's why I kept it simple with a malt which was proven they can't do that either. ...
Read moreI used the drive thru. I ordered dinner and told the voice on the speaker that I had a coupon. She immediately said we don't accept coupons... is it a paper coupon... yes it is... we don't accept paper coupons because we are individually owned... not that I had asked. The coupon arrived in my mailbox the day before. I live 2 blocks from this dairy queen. She asked if I wanted my order... yes...I completed my order a little flustered at this point. I pulled forward... there was no one ahead of me and she promptly cashed me out and handed me my food. I'm not sure when they had a chance to cook it. Read moreThis used to be a good place to eat. They had standards, but i guess they have a new owner or no manager 🤔. We bought large blizzards $7.25 or more per person for ice cream. One was to the top and mixed well, and the other ones were 2 fingers low and much darker on top. After tasting it, we could tell it was not mixed and strangly warmer melty on top. We brought them to the counter, and they said they won't do anything about it. They won't mix it, they wont remake it. And they won't refund this uneatable mistake. They eather lyed and said there was no manager or heck maybe there is non.
