Los Cabos Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Fort Wayne

I will call this "ok food, atrocious service". The service staff are incredibly lazy. This feeling has occurred to me twice in a row. The crazier part? I've visited only twice over two separate months.

The first key instance of note is how they charged my grandparents for a mistake they made. They forgot to erase a special price and so my grandparents paid more for food that was falsely advertised. The second is how only one server during the dinner shift interacts with customers. Third, they ignored a dietary request from my grandparents, who asked for no sour cream and both got sour cream. Fourth, after I requested a pop refill and my grandfather requested a water refill they got it backwards and filled my pop glass with water and brought a pop with no ice.

My suggestions to los cabos are to make your staff check in a little more often. Just once or twice. And listen to your customers. Finally, address your staff for not paying attention. I can also see them talking to each other rather than doing their jobs, they can at least clean tables when working. The food is otherwise on par with the competition and the atmosphere is great. So if you get your service in order I'd gladly give four or five stars. Until then I'd rather drive to cebollas just...

Our favy go to Mexican place. Very friendly staff..very fast service and great food. If the wife likes it then they're doing things right. The wife makes fun of me because of this but they always wipe off their menus..sounds silly but it's gross opening a menu to refried beans. And consider this, if they take that much care of the menus, they most likely use that care for all parts of the restaurant. What's her face and I will always agree to visit if we have a dinner stalemate. They always have good beer specials..they may see​ me walking in and write that on the board. Smaller place but can host a group or families as well. I would certainly recommend this...

A very good Mexican restaurant. I had the chimichanga lunch meal and it was very good. I chose the beef filling and the beef was tasty, tender and very well prepared. The service couldn't get better. Our meals were out in record breaking time, so if you are pressed for time during lunch, this is the place to go. Getting into the parking lot of this shopping complex is rather strange. You have to get there by turning on one of the two streets (Mill Lake or Mardego Parkway) between the restaurant and enter from behind as the shopping complex does not have a direct entrance off of Coldwater. I will be back to try the Chile...
