Wings Etc. — Restaurant in Fort Wayne

Ordered food online. Proceeded to go to the restaurant. Watched wait staff look at me and act as if I didn't exist and was a second class citizen. Asked a waiter if my online order was available. He then went to the kitchen and told me it would be a bit longer. Waited for 20 minutes ... Waitress then asked if I had an online order and looked at the food and then rang me out for my food. The food was siting on the counter in front of me for 20 minutes. When I got home I noticed I didn't have all of the food I ordered and the food was cold. Tried to call, the phone number rings then hangs up and doesn't work. Drove back to the restraunt asked to speak to a manager, was told manager was in the bathroom and was unavailable so the bar tender took care of my refund. Then was told by the bartender that the manager would have to do the refund. About 3 minutes later I was issued a refund, by the bartender. Which is weird because the bartender just told me the manager would have to do the refund. The manager never came and apologized. Only the bartender took care of the interaction.

Question for management: why did you not value me? Why did your staff treat me as if I didn't exist? Question for owner: is this how you want your restaurants ran by management?

There needs to be something done, but I don't think a 10 dollar coupon for the "next time I order" fixes this. After this type of treatment why would I ever want...

Easily the worst service in Fort Wayne consistently. I have come to Wings Etc. multiple times and it ceases to amuse how slow the waiting staff is. Whether they are slammed or I am the only on in there, the service is always slow. My past 3 experiences here went as follows. After golf coming for a brew and a burger. Both my brother and I got sandwiches that were not even close to what we ordered. The second to last time coming, the exact same thing with burger plus slow service. Now I just returned from here a few minutes ago. Walk in at 11:42pm (18 minutes before the kitchen closes. after calling to see if we could come eat dinner real quick. Which they said yes to. We sit down and look at their craft beer selection, while doing this the bartender whom will remain nameless says, "oh, its to late for that." My response due to confusion was "what?" The bartender says, "We are about to close in 7 minutes its to late for anything like that." Keep in mind it is 11:43 when this was said. So the kitchen closes at 12:00am and the bar stops serving drinks at least before 11:43. Strange... I'm so unhappy with my experiences here that I never want to return, despite the awesome atmosphere with moderately...

I ate at wings etc for the first time my husband took me there for my birthday. I had a terrible experience. The music was loud and a song came on by the righteous brothers you've lost that loving feeling and it brought back sad memories of long ago. Then the food came my chicken sandwich had burned bacon. Then on to the wings. I ordered honey mustard sauce. I took my first bite and I tasted lemon. They were so hot and spicy. The more I ate the hotter they were. My husband grabbed on. He did not like it. The waiter walked up and I asked him if they were honey mustard. After that a shabby dressed young man walked up to the table talking about 110 percent customer service. Okay! He did take the wings off the bill but I never found out what kind of sauce it was but he asked me to taste their honey mustard sauce and I could not tell anything after that other sauce. The waiter talked about the cooks spitting on the floor not on the food when my husband questioned about requesting a few different sauces. The night was a birthday nightmare or was it a trip into hell. I went to the restroom and washed my face and...
