I mean, it's McDonald's... it is what it is.
I used to stop at the Drive-Thru almost daily on weekday mornings. The coffee is good, and it is easy to pick up a breakfast sandwich or something. In the early morning 7:00-7:30ish, they get you through the line fast. The adults who work the early morning shift are very personable and friendly, and they conduct themselves in a professional manner.
During the academic year, I stopped most days on my way to school in the morning. There is not a lot of staff turnover on the morning shift; there were a lot of the same core of people over consecutive years. The "regular staff" even got so they recognized my voice and/or my coffee order, and if an error was made in ringing it up (like missed cream, or put the wrong sweetener), the people at the food window always corrected it and let me know that the tag was wrong, but confirmed that the drink was fixed as I had requested it, regardless of the mistake in entering. I appreciated that.
Now, all of that being said... I avoid this place like the plague in the afternoons and on weekends. The lines move extremely slowly. Then, after waiting for an unreasonable amount of time to pay and even longer to receive to food, it is not uncommon (at all!) to be missing items, or have the wrong size, or wrong condiments... or even to get the wrong order entirely. If you order anything that takes a little more work in the afternoons (like a smoothie or shake) the answer is usually that they are currently "out" of that item.
You should only stop here after school hours if you REALLY want McDonald's and have some time to spare. And don't pull away without checking your order!
But, if you are looking for a quick morning "drive-thru" coffee stop, then this is a good stop.
For morning stops, I would give this place five stars (...for a McDonald's. Understand, please, that these are McDonald's stars. Obviously, it isn't Cordon Bleu or anything like that. Lol.)
I would give NO stars to this place in the after-school hours.
Thus, the three star rating; I balanced...

Today I started an hour early since they were offering a mission to deliver six orders between 2:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. and get $30. That's an extra $5 per order. Which is amazing. So I agreed
Unfortunately, going to this McDonald's Location was one of those six orders. And, as usual, it was a 15 to 20 minute wait before one of their sad employees would even make eye contact with anyone. Obviously, I wasn't waiting alone.
But an extra upsetting thing was that I could see my order sitting on their counter the entire time I was standing there. And when somebody finally got close enough for me to grab, they handed it to me and informed me that their ice cream machine is broken so they can only make half the order.
I don't know what's happening nowadays in the fast food service world since I haven't worked in fast food in 10 years, and I have a pretty good imagination, but I'm trying really hard to imagine how and why this is all happening. Is it severe, crippling incompetence? Is it contempt? In every single customer service job I've ever had, it would be unthinkable to ignore someone for more than 5 seconds. But whatever. Maybe there's some exciting new management style that involves delivering a terribly unmotivating and demoralizing speech to your staff every day or something.
Anyway, there was not any other time wasted on the other five orders that I did, and unfortunately I completed my 6th order at 503 p.m. 3 minutes too late. So $0 is what I got. Precisely because of the dimwits working at this location today. It's the most money I've lost so far as a direct result of somebody else's lackadaisical incompetence.
Oh, wait. I do have another Google account that I use for my...
Read moreEither customer or dasher beware of this McDonald's on multiple occasions this particular place is filled with chaos. To start first pulling in to this place you notice the loitering and panhandling going on. Then there is the loads of trash falling out of the trashcans. This is enough to make some turn around and leave immediately. Next upon entering the store you notice the store is in the same condition, hours of no cleaning. People wait 30 plus minutes for 1 to 3 item orders. You can even see people vaping in the establishment. Last, lets cover the people from dasher, customer, and workers. Customers from my experience can be all walks of life but should be treated the same no matter what based off of first exchange. When customer becomes irrational and threatening they need to be removed and banned as it creates a hostile enviroment for everyone. There literally has never been a person at the front to greet and give any kind of customer service on my visits they where either conversating about personal issues with customers they knew or hiding from facing angry customers. I even witnessed people stealing from the pickup counter. Overall I believe this place needs lacks professionalism and cleanliness in every aspect. I will add something that was from my dashing experience today. I waited 20minutes to even see a person when the person finally got to the front it seemed to be a manager (Bald dark-skinned man wearing a red button up). I show him my phone the give the last 3 digits like normal he walk to the prep area looks around then shrugs his shoulders in I don't know fashion. I continue to wait and have to ask him will the order be able to be filled and he says just a simple no with no explanation. If this is the manager this is why this place is so horrible the leaders of the team cant even be...
