Went to do curbside. Waited over 30 mins. Called to ask if they forgot an got yelled at. Then went in because I couldn’t wait anymore I have a form of leukemia an sitting in my car hurts my bones if sitting long periods of time. I had to walk in an asl for it. It was just sitting on a warmer slushy an other cold drinks. Waking in I had on clothing I’ve worn for 2 days once again I have cancer! I hurt myself getting back into my car because it’s hard for me to walk. It was embarrassing to walk in an be judged by my appearance! So to the employees an other customer think twice before judging someone! On top of it all employees walked out numerous other peoples orders for mine was just sitting there and they could’ve walked it out. Overall, it could’ve been easily avoided when I called to speak to an employee.! I understand the employees are under stress, but there’s no excuse for this behavior!!!!! Thankfully, my child is understanding why her slushy was completely thawed and her burger was ice cold! But still non the less could have been completely avoidable! Also this is a fyi to others like I said DONT judge others based off what u see of them! They could be literally fighting for their life while trying to be a mother an putting their child’s wants needs ahead of their own because it’s not their fault their mother is severely ill an she tried to hide that fact from...
Read moreEverytime we've ordered food from this location it's ALWAYS wrong. Either we don't get all our food, or they don't make things the way you asked, for example a plain cheeseburger (it always had everything on it), or you'll get someone else's order. We've never came here and had our order correct and our order other than having a plain cheeseburger for my 6yr old is not complicated but they never check to make sure you've got everything. Also, they seem to run out of toys for the Happy Meals a lot but when you complain and say I don't want to get it if it doesn't have the toy, all of the sudden one miraculously turns up........ One of the gals who works the drive thru will complain about her job to you, about her life and anything else that's going on. She's been crying so many times when we've gone there. I asked if she is ok and they say she does that for attention all the time. It's very uncomfortable as a customer. Also, management is very rude when you do have a complaint, be prepared to have to justify why your daughter likes a plain cheeseburger, not even joking! When they do say okay we'll make it right when you come next time, be prepared to have to re-explain what happened again and then have a very rude manager finally agree to fix your order. We don't go to this location anymore. We drive slightly farther to...
Read moreOkay, way to go once again McDonald's on Goshen Road. It's not a huge mess up by any means, but after going through the Drive Thru and knowing you record with us, we check our bags before leaving the parking lot. This saved us once again we were missing a large French fry. So I kindly went into the lobby and waited at the front counter while what appeared to be the manager was just standing there. It looked like she was waiting on something/ taking a short standing break while the next order was coming up. Well, knowing our food was getting Colder and Colder as we waited for her to wait for what who knows because she did glance over at me more than a couple of times. Before me saying excuse me, we went through the Drive Thru and was shorted a large Fry. She replied well your going to have to wait your turn it will be a little while, then I will get with you. Well I got to say I informed her we had over 40 dollars in food in the car getting cold and in the next minute, you'll be remaking all of it. So can we make it easy and give me one of those 7 large fries sitting under the warmer right there. She said in a couple minutes you'll have to wait. I was about to become YouTube Famous until a Nice Gentleman kindly walked over and put our "Large Fry" in a bag, and sorry, sir, here you go. Easy as that. Go Home If Ya Don't...
