Lately this McDonald's has really been great. For a while there, the workers were all rude. The food is always good.
Update: still not happy with this location. If we order a large fry, we should get the amount that goes in a large. And it's time to open up for dining in.
Update: 5/14/21 Not happy with this place lately. They need to fix their mocha machine. We have been waiting way too long for them to bring it out. They forgot, but gave me a blueberry muffin because if that. I will change my stars back up.
Update: 7-14-21 I've been getting hot mocha and the past two times (I often go to other locations) it's been really good! Keep it up! The people bringing out the orders have been so friendly.
Update: 9/15/21 I had an excellent experience! Hot mocha was delicious.
Update: 6/11/22 Other than being ignored and then my order finally taken, it was great! The cashier was friendly & my hot mocha was great.
Update: 3/29/24 This restaurant is getting pretty fantastic. It seems like our orders are accurate and the food tastes good. Hot mocha is good. Every once in a while my whipped cream melts before I get it, but it's ok.
Update: 4-12-24 complete display on unprofessionalism today. I ordered on the app & to my knowledge the process was complete. 20 minutes later our food is still not ready. I see what is our order waiting on the counter when we asked for table service. We've started getting table service because every time they do NOT call out my order #. I get our order & the large french fry looked smaller than a small. The container was almost flat. My fish sandwich was nearly cold. My mocha was barely lukewarm, but it had whipped cream and chocolate drizzle and it was made right, so yay! Overall, we were quite disappointed today. I asked about our order and instead of an apology I was told the mishap was my fault because I didn't finish on the app. The receipt said something about staging. Well, if I worked here, I would have called out, "I have an order for Tamara!"
Update: 5-4-23 Can you please improve with the hot mochas? I ordered in person this time, vs. the app & my hot mocha STILL came with no whipped cream or chocolate syrup. When I asked for some, the worker made a new one which resulted in me getting a smaller amount of coffee. Next time I'll ask, please put whipped cream and chocolate syrup on THIS one. I don't need a lot.
5-22-24 Majority of the time my mocha doesn't have toppings, but at least it usually tastes good. Tonight I got hot chocolate. No toppings, but it was good. I just love the mcCrispy and fish sandwiches.

Update: Feb. 17th 2021. I have noticed a lot of improvements. It might be necessary tho to put the Happy Meal toys closer to the boxes so they actually make it into the Happy Meal box.
Update: March 4th. It's been improved putting the toys in the boxes. Now can we remember that honey is what most kids want in the Happy Meal-not honey mustard? Thanks.

Update: 5-25-24 This MCD needs help big time. Our food took over 15 minutes to be ready and so it was cold when we got it. Can you PLEASE consider putting a number display that's big so people can see when their order is at the counter? I ordered our food and put TABLE number, but they always bring it in a bag. After, I ordered a MC flurry and it sat at the counter for 3 minutes before I went up to see if it was ready. It's just getting so...
Read moreThis McDonald's location has sunk to the lowest of lows. But let me start with this. I order on the app but to pick up at the counter so that I could ask for fries freshly dropped. It took a good 6 minutes to be acknowledged, not that they were that busy but I believe primarily because noone really wants to work. I hear one young lady ask a young man if he knew how to work the register, he must have said no because then she reluctantly comes to the counter. I confirmed my mobile order with her and asked if she could put in my request for fresh dropped fries. My mistake number two, (#1 was choosing that location), was trusting that my order was how I requested, so I left the counter without checking my fries, get to the car and they're lukewarm, but I'm not mad. I go back in, wait another 5 minutes while she and several others in the back try to avoid looking in the direction of the counter, so now, yes, my temper is rising but still very controlled, I explained to the same young lady (she was forced to return to the counter to put a mobile order up) that my fries were not hot and once again very plainly and clearly explained that I would wait for them to drop them fresh (in the back ear hustling to the conversation was what appeared to be a manager yet he never once came out or addressed me), the two of them have conversation, she comes back out and announces that it'll be a two minute wait for which I gladly and enthusiasticly replied "no problem and thank you!" Two minutes later the fries came out, I could tell the fries were hot, my mouth was watering... and then...I ate a couple, I'm a cook and a foodie, I know things... the "bite and chew" wasn't quite right, I thought surely not, I grabbed a couple more fries, and then it hit me! A NEW LOW EVEN FOR THE STELLHORN RD MCDONALD'S... they apparently dropped already cooked fries back into the hot grease to reheat!! Mic drop, that's it for me, it's a wrap, I'm done!
