Starbucks — Restaurant in Fort Wayne

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST STARBUCKS I HAVE EVER BEEN TO! The fact that right after I had a baby and was waiting in line after leaving the hospital and was turned away because of their slow customer turnaround time is nuts! I waited 15 mins in line and got to the window and they told me it was closed! I said “can I please have a coffee, I just was released from hospital having a baby” they said “sorry, we are closed.” Really couldn’t believe that and I continued with “I have been in line for 15 minutes and the line wasn’t moving.” They didn’t care and still turned me away!

I have attempted to go to this one again after this incident, only to be greeted with rude staff that shouldn’t be working in customer service industry! Just today I asked if I could use my stars on my purchase, they didn’t listen, went and got my coffee and told me I still owed money, twice in a row, very rude and she said “you didn’t tell me you wanted to use stars.” SUPER RUDE! When I actually did tell her, she just wasn’t listening because she is incapable of multitasking.

Don’t waste your time going here. They are also out of cold brew and food items constantly! Just go to the Starbucks on Jefferson! Staff is friendly and always helpful in getting you...

This is my everyday morning stop Monday through Friday. The team know me by name and always give the best service with fast, friendly and helpful tips. I love them all so much. I look forward to seeing them as they have made me feel like I am part of the Starbucks family. This is not a normal Starbucks they are truly a dream team!!! Don't believe me just try it! I promise you will not be disapointed. Yes they can get busy but to me that is a sign of great service and I have never waited more than 5 min whether in the drive through or inside. Love love love this place. In the past I have not been a big Starbucks girl but they have won me over and I garantee the cleanliness and fast eficient service will make your day as it does mine....

If you are a Starbucks fan then this is exactly the place for you because it is all Starbucks. It is a self-contained Starbucks in a parking lot in a mall. You drive up to the airport post and there's a home menu of what they offer You read off from the menu all the things that you want and then drive around to the other side of the building and pick up your order. You can pay by credit card or cash A bathroom is available on the inside and once you're inside you could probably order the rest of what you want at the same time. Pricing is typical for Starbucks.
