Smoothie King — Restaurant in Fort Wayne

This used to be one of the better Smoothie King. Unfortunately it has really gone down hill in the past couple months. I'm seeing the same filth each day I don't recognize anyone in there anymore so maybe they are going through some issues training people. They no longer greet customers and are a bit rude. I asked the person if I could speak the manager and she said she is the manager. I explained my smoothie had ice and her response was that's how smoothies are. I knew I wouldn't get anywhere with her attitude so I left. When I finished my smoothie it had a round thing at the bottom. I figure it was the protein powder that didn't get mixed up because smoothies are supposed to be smooth. it's very disappointing. I will give it some time before I give them another chance. Fortunately this area has newer competition that will force them to step it up if they want to keep...

This location is the worst smoothie king I ever tried in my life. This is my second time being disappointed with this location.. I asked for a refund last time , this time I ask for a refund no manager or no experience associate their to give me a refund. Every time I went to this location an place an order at the drive thru , the associates seem to always misunderstand the order and make you repeat your order 3& 4 times and they still don’t MAKE IT HOW YOU ASKED FOR IT” every one at this location need to me retrained on how to smoothies and they also need to make comprehension a requirement .. please save your money and do go to this location the one on Jefferson is the best in fr wayne in my opion I never had...

So I went to the smoothy king on DuPont in Fort Wayne indiana and Jessica was not very helpful. She just wanted me to order. She wouldn’t make any suggestions. And once I got to the window she looked at me with an evil glare. Not speaking at all. No thank you. Nothing. She is part of the ongoing bad service that happened in America. Another employee handed me my drink and closed the window. My drink even melted before I got to work. I don’t work far. They had to have done that on purpose because those drinks last longer. I will never go back. But I hope they have a good day. It cost 0$ to show excellent customer...
