Starbucks — Restaurant in Fort Wayne

I enjoy walking with my 1 year old toddler here. Unfortunately the seating for a stroller is limited, especially when busy! Oh when a couple of teenagers run and steal the last table while your waiting before even placing their order it can be super annoying! I always get my order right, baristas are friendly. When busy it's hard to flag them down, especially when they all focus on drive thru! Like today, I got my normal venti iced latte (which is a rare treat for myself) and cake pop for my daughter. I get a small water. There seems to be some issues with that? The barista making my drink walked off before giving me the water. I had to flag down the other barista, who looked annoyed to even be bothered. Checked it was my water and was going to walk away without giving me a straw. I would have happily grabbed a straw but they are surrounded by plexi glass. I'm sorry you guys are busy but we are paying customers. Normally they are great it just seems to be lately. Drive thru is always super friendly and fast! The guy taking orders even took a few seconds to talk to me. I think if this keeps up we will just be 100 percent loyal Biggby fans. This store is right across the road from where I live so I come here frequently. Since covid, most of the time it is quite dirty inside and out and the staff is not friendly inside. They are very slow, unless you go through the drive-thru. I waited over 25 minutes today for a tall pike hot coffee. The girl making drinks was very slow while there was a room full of people waiting for orders. Most of the the time my brewed coffee is lukewarm and today when I asked for my coffee after waiting 25 minutes, she asked my name to look for my order and gave me my coffee without adding the cream or sugar in my order. This place is not worth the time. This is consistently the slowest Starbucks in Fort Wayne. Honestly, not trying to be mean but I have never waited in the drive thru less than 15 mins for one coffee here. My order is super easy. It's literally just espresso over ice and it takes them 15 minutes. I decided to go in today because I was hoping it wouldn't take as long but it took just as long inside. I'm not sure if everyone is new or if they are understaffed but no one seemed like they knew what was even going on. Even though I work right by this Starbucks, I usually drive out of the way to another Starbucks to avoid this one. It's sad and frustrating because it's a very nice Starbucks (inside decor wise and relatively newer) but they just seriously need to do some type of upper management...
