First of all, this is a Starbucks inside Target. For the complaints below with high expectations of a stand-alone Starbucks... You are comparing two different entities. Yes, they are both Starbucks, but they don't do everything the same way.

The staff at this location is always friendly. The team is well trained, and always provides the best experience possible. Once they start to recognize you (if you visit frequently), they learn your name, your drink, and your preferences.

But, to clarify, they likely won't ask your name. They will ask if you want the receipt (because most don't). They won't give away special requests for free... Remember it's Target not Starbucks. And they won't fix your drink from a...

horrible . i went in and they were not busy she took one order went to make 3 drinks and it took her 10 minutes then she would not scan my card off the app while any other starbucks will and i went a couple weeks ago and she did . this is ridiculous this isn't the first time i have gone there and had terrible service . they also need more than one person...
