Wplaced a mobile order ordering three cravings boxes. All three boxes were to each have cheesy Gordita crunches. Once we pulled up to the window, the kind staff member informed us they were out of hard shells and the Gordita shells so we needed to choose a different item from the deal. So we choose to make it be three crunchwraps. After she got our new order, she informed us that her manager stated that crunchwraps were too expensive and they would only make us two. We then told her that they are included in the list of specialty tacos to choose from in the deal, so we need three. She then talked to her manager again and said he agreed and then handed us our food. We pulled over in the parking lot to make sure we got everything and to make sure all the food was correctly made. There were only two crunchwraps and both were made incorrect. So I then walked into the store to address this new problem. A staff member helped me out right away and then went to tell the manager. Once he talked to his manager he acted like I didnât exist and made me wait for at least 8 minutes. Finally he approached the counter again and I asked him if his manager was going to come talk with me. The staff member then went back and the manager finally came out. He had sagging pants, very young, and sauntered up to the counter with the slowest pace and without a lick of concern or respect for me and my time. I told him the entire situation again and even showed him my receipt on the app. He then said he wouldnât do it because it was too expensive. I explained again that it was under the same option as the cheesy Gordita so how would it be more expensive and why wouldnât he give us the three we already bought? Finally after a long debate he agreed and made two more, correctly. This manager clearly dislikes his job and I couldnât imagine having to work with somebody so incompetent as him. I make it all the way home and have to come all the way back only to be asked sarcastically by (Christian a manager of some sort) am I sure I went to that Taco Bell?! Sir Iâm 110% positive and I literally just came from here but I also have the receipt. So I wait another 10 mins in the drive thru line and I see another customer go inside with a messed up order. I finally get to the window and Christian says maâam u said there was no meat on the Crunchwrap (which was my husbands) there was a nickel sized piece of beef and he says â you said there was no meat although it was done incorrectlyâ. Ok sir check MY Quesadilla... no meat and he says âwell I donât know how this happened I was up here training this ladyâ. He said he would remake my food but didnât apologize and questioned me as a honest customer like I wanted to waste my time for no reason. Sir just give me a refund I donât have time for this and I will be calling corporate tomorrow! Then I asked for his name and he said for me to mind my business. Yea wrong thing to tell me and so I went to the customer behind me and told him to make sure he checked his food since it seems they ran out of meat. Then Christian said he was going to call the cops on me... ok and? Are they gonna remake my food? I donât think so but since he wouldnât give me his name I took a picture of him and boy did he get even more mad. I will be calling corporate tomorrow....
   Read morethis taco bell is the worst one I've ever been to. i went there 2 nights ago and spent 15 bucks for me and my girlfriend to eat. everything went smoothly i ordered my favorite which is a number 9 ( a crunch wrap meal) and didn't think anything of it when he gave me my order. i didn't check the bag so i just went home. so when i got home i opened the bag and to my surprise no crunch wrap, instead inside the bag was a nachos bellgrande. so i just thought it was a simple mistake i had my girlfriend drive back up there to get my order corrected. she gets the meal exchanged and comes home and at this point i got a little happy because i got the food i wanted. took the first bite and nothing but beans are in the crunch wrap. i don't know when the hell they started putting beans in a crunch wrap instead of beef but this must be new news to me. so at this point I'm pissed because this will be my 3rd time going up there within 30 minutes. so i go back there and ask them for a refund for atlas my meal. so she swipes my card to put money back onto it. didn't think anything of it i get on my bank account today and see i still have a 15 dollar pending for taco bell.. all in all if i could give them a zero star i would. stay away from this taco bell they need to get all new employees that actually have some...
