UPDATE đ„ Went from a 1 star - 5 star because the GM Michelle personally called me offered to refund me (which she did) and give me anything on the menu to "make things right" ( I just replaced my drink and 4 sliders). Was a blessing, and that is great leadership.
I went through this evening. Jaylan was the drive thru employee. He was nice have no complaints about him . He let me know the meat would take about 10 more minutes to cook. I didn't really want to wait because they say ten minutes and it really is more like 20. I ordered 4 Chicken sliders and curly fries instead. I ended up waiting the 10 minutes anyways. No one was in front of me , I was the only one at the time in the drive thru and it looked extremely dead of customers. Figured the food would be fresh made since it was taking that long in this situation. I get home and the fries were old , really dry and hard and not hot. I only live 4 minute drive away. The chicken sliders tasted about the same, dry, hard and not hot. Not in the mood to drive back but would love to get my money back. I bet until one of the sliders in the meat was tough/cold it feels undercooked I was so disgusted biting into it. I told my son to immediately stop eating his because of fear of him...
Read moreI disagree with the one star ratings for this location. My experience was actually quite pleasant! Perhaps itâs because I was the very first in line before lunch crowd hit, but Iâm pretty sure itâs also because the staff at this location were great :)
The lady taking drive thru orders was so friendly, made sure she heard my order correct (planes kept flying overhead and disrupting the conversation) and super patient. Once I drove to the window, she was just as sweet. Our food was hot! I could not wait to dig into my crinkle fries.
Just to be sure I wasnât being played a joke, I pulled over to check the food in my bag. Everything was perfect! It made it even better when I got caught by the Haslet train on the way home BUT Arbyâs got my back because I got to eat my fresh food while sitting at the tracks. It was the long train today.
Also my childâs meal came with a Mad Libs instead of a useless toy that gets thrown away later. I was happy to have something that would engage our family time and challenge reading skills.
Anyway,...

POSITIVES âȘStaff was quick to greet and take my order. âȘHe promptly repeated my order verbally, followed by visual confirmation on the display screen. âȘHe offered side items that would complement my order.
Don't know where I should stuff this, so this must be as good a place as any... This is goes in the "POSITIVES" category. Something that goes unappreciated a lot, until it's pouring rain, windy and pitch black outside... This Arby's does have significant rain protection for the driver's side of the vehicle and a well-lit full menu very close to the order placement station. Like I said, not something I would normally make note of.
âȘUsual custom of payment and offer of sauces ensues when I reached the window. âȘThe wait was shorter than usual, I assume because of the weather. âȘAll items accounted for, with plenty of napkins and friendly smile at the hand off, I was home enjoying a delicious wrap soon after.
I have nothing...
