Burger King — Restaurant in Fort Worth

Burger King @ 6960 Blue Mound Rd in Fort Worth Texas sucks, very unprofessional and they are RUDE. they will never see me there, EVER again. I'm not going to any Burger King either. They never used to be my favorite, I just started going there because this location is easier to get in and out of, but I'm going to try this new Burger place called WhataBurger. There are many places to get great fries and great customer service. I got there, they have two line open, I'm in the left lane, the person ahead of left, so I pulled up, and they went to the order taker went to take the order from the right lane, understandably so since it's probably the same person taking orders for both lanes. After the right lane person went to get their food, you think they should come back to the left to take my order, nope, they start to take a second order in the right lane for a car that pulled up while I'm sitting there waiting for the first car they just served out of the right lane and so this was the second car they are taking order from while I'm still sitting there. But they open the intercom as if they were to take my order, but all I heard is them chit-chatting... after about 5 minutes, I said are you ready to take my order, a lady responded and said hold on but they continue to talk in the background and still serving a third car in the other lane, all of these cars met me there. I watched the car behind me back away and left, I too just pull forward and left. I later called their number, the manager was no help. She tried to make excuses that they were busy, I said what I experienced is not busy, it's pure rudeness to ignore a person who came and is sitting in left lane and you decide to serve two other cares in the right lane back to back, even after called attention to myself by speaking up so they realized a car is sitting here... a person shouldn't have to do that, their system sees the lanes and they should know if there are two lanes, to pull from here and there and not ignore one lane and serve the customers on the other lane with two cars in that one lane being served when they met me in line in the left lane. I thought that's the worse I've seen from any drive through window and I am certainly not going back to that location, I am not going to any burger King. But I will call their corporate office on Monday and speak with someone...

First and foremost allow me to began by saying Happy New Pagan Year (2025)for all those listening. While we may not quite be upon the actual new year, this is the beginning of the calendar we now collectively recognize! Today, hubby and I decided to pick up some Chipotle' just right in our backyard per se! Chipotle snd the employees on staff were a winter wonderland delight! We then walked to Burger King, for its to frightening to take a chance at a drive. We weren't greeted upon entry nor were we acknowledged by the lady standing behind the counter today around 2:30 PM CST. Yes store owner please review the footage I so eloquently am referring to. The lady found it most appropriate to bid her fellow employee farewell. Then continued to ignore my Hubby and I as we were the only customers at the time. Perhaps they have an accult. Not certain. Then the lady turned to the cook whom appeared to not be busy in the slightest. He too spoke only to the fellow employee. Then she slowly walked back to the register and starred at us until Hubby engaged. I was so disgusted by the interaction or lack thereof that we decided to leave. Take my advice guys and local gals. SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ELSEWHERE! This Burger King will be closed and replaced by another business shortly. OH AND YES back to the owner. If you want a successful business hire cheerful and helpful employees that care to serve and aren't just looking to collect a check from you. Hire young entrepenuers and teach them the trade. This has to be one of the worst BK I have ever been too like EVER!!!! I recently started working in the area and I always been a BK fan app downloaded and all...I tried a double whopper combo very basic order...only change was I wanted onion rings instead of fries again basic.....they fumbled this Onion rings were at least 4hrs old at least.....the whopper was cold and old and to make it worse they microwaved the hell outta of it so the bun was chewy...I was pissed because that order was like $16....and ruined my entire lunch....... Gave them another shot today.......what a joke...ordered and double cheeseburger with fries and a 8 PC nugget..... cheeseburger trash the mustard top must have come off because it was pouring with mustard and again microwaved to hell! The fries were meh...they were old but not super old but old enough that they dropped them back in the grease to warm up...you can tell....the nuggets were flat out disgusting...I couldn't break the nugget....it just bent it that makes sense (microwaved and at least HOURS OLD) normally I would never wrote a review this long but damn if they were like rolling busy I might can understand messing up when you have a lot going on...but I was the ONLY PERSON there!!!!!! BK/owner you might wanna check on your people because serving food like this you won't be around long look at your rating on Google now...
