UPDATE 10/30/25:
Just had Migas and of course, the amazing coffee! I'm not a food critic, but I can easily say this was the best darn Migas I've ever had. Bring the heat! Corn tortillas filled with Migas, add a little of the sauce served with it... a total success and WELL PRICED!
Juan and Tanya (owners) are just the perfect pair to steer this ship into the future! Lupita, sweet and spot on customer service.
Who would have thought that this little gem can do what other restaurants have forgotten?!?
Lastly, Juan says they are getting a full espresso machine soon so they can make all your favorite coffee beverages! Did I mention, they are next door to the Starbucks?!?

But during my 35 minute visit -- during which I sat alone with headphones the entire time -- I was approached more than half a dozen times by people who weren't my waitress. My waitress was already attentive and professional, so I was just getting interrupted over and over by these obnoxious people who wanted to know if everything was perfect or whatever.
I'm guessing that a woman who was responsible for about half the visits was the owner or manager. By the end of the visit, I was starting to think it was a prank as random servers or the chef or the hostess approached for no apparent reason, cheerily forcing me to pause my audiobook so they could, I don't know, see my squirm?
To be clear I'm sure everyone was just trying to give good service, but I think they need to learn to trust their team. My waitress was already doing great, and their "help" did nothing but hurt...
ย ย ย Read morewas just saying there is no breakfast spot near home, driving in blue mound we were greeted by a now open sign. open for 4 days at the time of writing this, we decided to pull in. we were greeted by the owners and you could easily see their genuine happiness and appreciation on welcoming us into the restaurant.
the coffee is Italian, and oh so delicious. the biscuits taste like cake. the chicken Fried Chicken was tasty and filling. the cornbread hash was seasoned just right and tasty.
orders can be called ahead for pick-up, which will take full advantage of for weekend...
