Burger King — Restaurant in Fort Worth

I'm not a fan of posting negative reviews but this past Saturday afternoon around 5ish I attempted to go through the drive through there was no noise I speak perfect English born and raised in the US not that, that should make any difference, anyways, either the person taking orders was too busy having their own conversation or he just didn't feel like doing his job I repeated my very simple order 3 times not once did he get it then he gave the responsibility to someone else and she was laughing while taking the order at this point I was upset and felt that I needed to go inside and place my order. I went in the place was empty there were at least 5 employees and the seating area and drink area were FILTHY. Same guy from the drive through took my order I guess when you have the customer in your face you start doing your job. Honestly this place needs new staff or...

The place was a mess, only 2 tables in the were occupied and every other table had trash and crumbs all over it. The lady at the counter was rude and had an attitude with two people who were sitting and chatting enjoying their food. When I finally made it to the counter they told me they were out of fries so I asked for just a burger and a drink. The sodas were all watered down and the burger took 20+ minutes to be made. I paid 9.50 for a poorly made burger and watered down soda and wasted too much of my lunch break to go anywhere else. Didn't drink the soda, barely ate the burger, and will never be returning. Oh by the way, I have been sitting here for 30+ minutes and not a single person has come out to clean these tables. They all went out back to smoke. 12 employees can't even find the time to wipe...

Placed an order on the app all paid - pull up to the drive thru speaker and let them know about my order and number. She says pull forward. Wait 5-7 min in line “typical” lunch wait and get to the window and she states $33.05 please?!?!? I said no ma’am I have an online order #29. She says “Doug?” I say yes she says ok…. Then please pull forward (here we go)…. Wait 10 more min to have a lady come to my truck and say “mobile order?” Hand me the food and walk away…. No apology no thank you no nothing.
