Golden Chick — Restaurant in Fort Worth

First time and last time customer. I wanted to know about the family combos, especially what was included with the 8 piece. The young lady in training was clueless and asked another young man, who asserted that the salad was included by default with all combos, and then you could get to choose 1 or 2 sides depending on the combo. Then the cashier told me that no salad was included. Though the picture shows a salad as part of the combo, not an optional side. They asked several times if it was a take out or dine, to which I replied the latter. They still went ahead and bagged our order as to go, which made it ridiculously uncomfortable for us to eat out of the box. I had to get up several times to get the salad dressing they forgot, no ketchup, and no extra plates. I didn’t enjoy the food nor the experience. My son almost got burned from the steaming hot water on the bathroom. No cold water from the sink. This needs immediate attention and it’s unacceptable. First of all let me say for being the second day open you think management would be on top of it. The guy who took my order had great energy and was extremely nice. However, the girl at the window was rude. She was irritated with me checking my food. Then when I asked for Zang sauce she said it was extra. I wouldn't have minded paying but she was telling whoever inside to give her a Zang sauce. And rushed me away. They weren't busy and there was literally no one else in the drive thru. The tenders weren't hot, warm or even fresh. The wicked wings I tried were warmer than anything I ate and I tried them last. Rolls were extremely disappointing, like they had been sitting awhile. For $47 this was extremely disappointing and it's only day 2. The drive thru sign was not updated and it's only the second day. I haven't had golden chick in years and I had been craving it for a while so my bf and I stopped by. First of all the lady at the drive thru seemed kinda rude or like she had an attitude problem. We got our food almost instantly and everything was cold and dried out like it had all been sitting there for hours. We came around 1pm so not exactly what I was expecting the food to be like.
