Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Fort Worth

I visited here a few times late at night, because I work the night shift. Most places' night staff is not so good and I usually expect mundane workers at fast food places in general BUT, the man that works the night shift at this location is AMAZING. He's a hispanic dude and I wanna say his name was Juan, but I can't really remember. It was a few weeks ago, but I was just thinking about him because not a lot of customer service is as good as his. Fast wait time, no mess-ups on the order, and he's VERY sociable and friendly. Made me feel super welcome and put me in a better mood, honestly. Thanks man, sorry if I messed...

The food is hardly worth all the money charged! They lie about giving u a military discount. The receipt clearly shows no discount yet the manager insists 1 was given. The genius at the register and his boss couldn't bring themselves 2 comprehend that i was shorted what the receipt says i was owed! None of the published numbers work. That location doesn't answer their phone. I competed the receipt survey and have heard nothing! It has been nearly 2 weeks!

If u have rules, stick 2 them! Don't give merchants another chance 2 screw u over!

The young lady at the drive-through gave me a lot of regular fries and then put a small amount of curly fries on top of it I originally asked for large curly‘s but the lady threw the rest of it under the bag and under the burger and then put the burger on top of it I was so upset I called back and the manager was so sweet she literally made me really happy inside her customer service was outstanding her communication was amazing. But for sure check your bag because the amount of disrespect the young people have while at work it’s astonishing. If I was to put the same negative energy in my job I wouldn’t...
