China One Xpress — Restaurant in Fort Worth

I have been going here for years and the food was always good and fresh as well as the service the people were really nice. In the past year or so food and service horrible. My daughter went in today around 2:50pm just to get a order of chicken sticks, they were stone cold and old, so I sent her back for fresh hot ones, instead the rude lady gave her the money back and told her they were not going to be making anymore fresh ones right now, the pan was almost empty. So I called and she was like I refunded the money, I said we did not want the money back we just wanted fresh hot ones, and of course instead of her showing good customer service and just making us a fresh order she argued with me, not to mention she missed the whole point about them being cold, I told her I was going to contact the health department because you can’t be selling cold food, and she also offered to heat them up in the pan, and you can’t take food that has left your store and take it back to heat it up. been going here for over 10 years. always had a positive experience with the ladies servers. except this time, owners daughter was in a bad mood and i experienced it. I ask her "are you ok, did i upset you?" she didnt answer. She gave me small portions which is disappointing. if smaller portions for the $9.59 plate is the new business policy then that reduce the value for the restaurant. rude, give small portions, i see no reason to continue giving you my business. This meal was $28, i didnt see $28 value and on top of that, its was a negative experience. no need for that i think. I call to speak to the manger and told her about my bad experience and smaller portions. she said " ok, thanks" and hung up. i may try to give you another chance years from now and for now, we can part ways. its not worth it. ill go to the other place down the street. you just invited me to not come back from your behavior. disappointing. and i found this giant hair in my fried...

Absolutely horrible service. First off, the worker was to busy talking to her coworker to acknowledge someone is waiting, then when I tell her I want 2 SINGLES (AKA SMALL PLATE) she proceeds to make a double. That’s fine, I’m not paying the double meat price bc you didn’t want to listen to my order. So when I correct her at the register she becomes irritated and then calls me a dumb bitch…👌🏻 I’m the dumb one when she has to much fat covering her ears to hear what the customers ask for.

I’ve been in fast food customer service since I was 15 and never once have treated a customer this was over my mistake. What’s worse is the “prep” station is VERY CROSS CONTAMINATED!!! And cooks don’t wash/wear gloves when handling food. That’s going to suck when no one there has a job after health services shuts them down.
