Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Fort Worth

NEW CHEESY CALZONE STUFFED CRUST. Im on the fence with this one but leaning more toward save your money. The crust does taste good but it's annoying how thin they make the rest of the pizza. It's like thin carboard. (See pic) I forgot that the pizza companies do this with stuffed crust items. If you don't mind thin crust pizza then you might like it. I prefer a thicker bottom . It tasted like I was just eating meat only pretty much. The oreo bites & calzone were ok. Oddly they tasted much better at room temperature. I was so disappointed in the taste after eating just one that I didn't eat any more and left them on the counter. That same night hours later I tried another one of each and it tasted better. Previous review: Picked up an order for someone and so I got to try the the new Twix bites. If you see my picture, no they don't look all that good but taste is another story. Ordered pizza on a Saturday night at 7:30 pm’ our pizza said delivered at 8:20 pm in which we didn’t receive nothing and no one even came knock to our door. We called the phone number and they answered and didn’t greet us or nothing just said “hold” and went on hold for 30 minutes. We called twice before going to the location and even stayed on the phone the second time the whole way there. Walked in and it was 4 employees all sitting around the same area talking, we waited in the lobby for about 3/5 minutes before someone finally came to the glass and approached with an attitude. They said our delivery had just left 2 minutes ago when the app said it was delivered 25 minutes prior, the guy then gave us a attitude and problem to get a refund in which he had to try to give us 3 times before we finally left. Should have just stuck with the other guys. Ordered a thin crust with bacon. Arrived with no bacon. Also a sausage and pepperoni, regular crust. They must have forgot to put the pepperoni before cooking it. The pepperoni looks like it was cooked separately and then scattered on top of the pizza. The kicker: they were burnt while the rest of the pizza looks normal. Don't get the cream cheese jalapeno roll thingys. Full of jalapenos and barely any cheese.

Update: taking another star off because this location is terrible. Why is my order always late AND wrong? Also, all pizza companies' pizza has a signature "look". At this location they always look just thrown...
