Starwood Donuts — Restaurant in Fort Worth

I've been here about 3 or 4 times. It's a typical donut shop with fresh food, but the owner is something else.

She shames me EVERY TIME I pay because I use a card. She's done the same thing with my husband. She literally shakes her head at me and tells me cash is better because the machine doesn't always work or sometimes there's a charge.

I asked her for a dozen donuts and I like variety because I think variety is fun. So I'm looking in the case, I get as far as choosing 8 donuts, and she suddenly walked away and decided I was getting 2 glazed and 2 chocolate for the remainder. I corrected her, chose 2 more which replaced the chocolate, and then she shut my box. So I had 2 glazed that I didn't even choose. I had already corrected her once, it's 5:30 in the morning, I didn't really wanna correct her again. At this point, 2 glazed are fine. Then the payment shaming happened.

The food and coffee are fresh (at least early in the morning), but I will limit my visits because I don't like my food being chosen for me and I don't like being told how to...

WORST SERVICE EVER!! If I could give this place Zero stars I would. The little old lady is always in a bad mood and gets upset at my daughter everytime she orders the chocolate sprinkle donut holes, just shakes her head NO and we have no idea why? It makes my daughter think that she did something wrong. I tolerated her nonsense for a while but she eventually caught me on a bad morning and I finally snapped and asked her what her issue was. Didn't give me an explanation and started talking in her language. Ever since that she lost my business forever. Even though this donut place is the closest to me I refuse to ever go back here again!! The donut shop next to Eastern Hills has the BEST service ever. I highly recommend for you to try that place instead, you will not be disappointed at all with the kindness that...

The lady attending the drive thru is so rude. 1 time I was ordering a couple of items, after I order the first item, she walked away to get it, then I asked for the second item and she rudely said “how come I didn’t order all at once”. Needless to say I tried, but she left the window before I could do so!!! Today I asked for 1dz donut holes and a kolache, her rude self was trying to make me say Piggy in a blanket!!! When she charged me $17, I questioned the total, she said I ordered 1dz kolaches and I said no, I order 1 and 1dz donut holes. She had the nerves to say I needed to learn how to order. Went down the street and ordered the same thing...
