I just left from the most terrible, most time wasting experience. I walked in and simply asked for a pepperoni pizza. The ones they have ready-to-go in the warmer. The young woman who took my order is on face time, literally on her phone. Not trying to hide it or anything. She's wearing earphones. Her phone up to her face. She's at the register and I'm there waiting at the counter waiting for her to acknowledge my existence. She finishes her last sentence on her face time and puts the phone down. Now she sees me. I tell her my order and we sit there staring at one another. She has a blank stare. After seconds pass by of us just staring at each other, she asks me to repeat my order. She was probably listening to the phone call instead of me due to her still wearing the earphones. She finally takes my order. I wait 25 min and I witness her continue to do this to other customers. On face time in between taking orders. She's absolutely distracted and not focused on the job. During my 25 min waiting time, I witness 2 different customers come in and ask for a simple pepperoni pizza. She reaches into the warmer storage and quickly hands them a ready-to-go pizza. I walk up to the counter and ask, "Can I please get my order." No apology or anything. They reach into the warmer storage, hand me my pizza, and I leave. The young gentleman in the back is also wearing earphones and he's on the phone talking to someone as well. There were 3 other employees besides these two and no one stopped to tell them anything. They must be the ones in charge if they can break rules and nobody stops them. Nevertheless, I don't want anyone to get fired or reprimanded. I let the young lady know what I was there for and immediately my order was spit back at me like a wad of spit. I expressed to her that she seemed unable to provide me with service equal to the money I was wanting to spend for one person. She continued to express disdain for me and my money with an obvious dismissal of appropriate trades. Confused by this interaction, I tried to explain in words that she did not greet me in verbal or nonverbal interactions, still no alteration in our interaction. Had to approach her to get my order because she was to busy on her phone listening to AirPod instead attended to customers what she’s paid to do. Got my order incorrect, didn’t apply my order correctly, and acted like it was all a big joke. Workers like this need to be fired instantly no excuse. Ask for manager and she wasn’t there around these kids that don’t know how to perform their duties. Burnt my pizza, put sausage lied to me that it was beef I retuned from home discovering that it was pork. LIARS.
