Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in Fort Worth

First of all, the scenery isn't all that great. not that it plays into role, construction, random people walking around, looks dangerous. I thought id give it the benefit of a doubt. I was hungry to I searched my gps near by quick bites came across Chicken place. (I'm not from the area) the place looked beat up, small, can't even find the drive through.Anyway ordered the spicy chicken peice meal. Smelled good got to work opened the box. The chicken looked horrible. COLD..like its been sitting there.Tiny. not fully cooked. took a bite and peeled it into slices.. no meat! pulles a huge rubbery raw peice that still had the fresh seasoning before its prepared. Disgusting. The second peice I pulled off the skin and the chicken was PINK. I pushed it aside. Gravy was OK. Surprisingly it was warm..the bread.. try biting...

The food is good but all Church's need to get more organized they really need to double up on their employees all of the ones I've been to they take forever in fort worth tx locations because they have the one single poor person working all positions register, cook, drivethru all just one employee. Yet any other fast food restaurant has the needed staff; manager front registration person and cook and drivethru person even at times they even have one assinged person to handle the food to make sure they have the orders accurate when handing out, like really one person running the hole store theres no way they can get you your order in a timely manner nor accurate order and with a positive attitude and good customer service no wonder Church's restaurants closing theyre food is good but they dont have enough staff...

We've given up. We had 2 meals ordered for delivery and only received one. Then we tried a few weeks later to go back there physically so we knew the order would be right. The containers of potatoes, macaroni, etc were half empty and the special thing has always been that the chicken stays crispy even when cold. Now it gets soggy so they must have cooked the recipe. I think we're done going there considering how much they've increased their prices for less food and less quality. It's always been my favorite but...
