I've been a loyal Dutch Bros customer for years, and this particular location used to be my go-to. I truly loved Dutch Bros and appreciated the consistent quality and friendly service, always making sure to tip even for simple drive-thru orders. However, over the past few months, I've noticed a significant decline in both drink quality and service here. There were two times I ordered a smoothie that tasted strongly of coffee, as if the blender hadn't been properly cleaned. More recently, my boba drinks have been almost entirely filled with ice and boba, leaving very little actual drink. This issue was particularly concerning during my last visit when I ordered a Boba Berry Lemonade for both myself and my toddler. When I tasted my daughter's drink, it was packed with small ice chips at the bottom. Given that she's a toddler and boba itself can be a choking hazard, the excessive ice made me a little worried. I went back to the window to ask for another cup so I could remove some of the ice. The employee seemed to have an be annoyed or have attitude and looked confused when I asked, even after I explained it was for my toddler and had too much ice. While she gave me the cup, I just was rubbed the wrong way by the encounter. After pouring out the drink revealed just how much ice was truly in both our cups. While I sometimes don't mind a little extra ice if the drink is sweet enough, this recurring issue of getting so little actual beverage for the price, combined with the less-than-friendly encounter, has left a really sour taste. I feel like I'm not getting my money's worth anymore. As a result, I won't be tipping at this location going forward, and I'll be reconsidering how often I visit. Read moreWhen this place first opened up it was really good! Never had issues with consistency at any other dutch bros before. Recently, the past couple times i’ve come and ordered a blended coffee, the consistency is very off. It’s almost like it’s blended with whipped cream, the drink is so light that the soft top sinks to the bottom and i’ve never had this issue before. I’m really not sure what is going on because I imagine that with a chain like this they should have recipes to follow, so the consistency shouldn’t be different than any other dutch bros. Also my friend ordered a rebel and it was filled to the top with ice, he barely took 3 sips and it was half gone. Read moreThere is some reason of expectation to be able to get a drink without the case of getting extremely sick. I debated throwing out my paid for drink because the individual doing orders and making said orders looked sick but I had paid for the drink so I hopped for the best and got the worse. The hot black haired guy was sick today n his shift and touching his nose multiple times. Possibly strep throat! What happened to sick people staying home in the food industry.
Also, a business that has someone take orders/money and make food/drinks immediately without washing hands is cutting corners. Multiple health code violations...
