Garner Wallace Fine Timepieces and Jewelry — Local services in Keller

Unfortunately, I have to leave a lower, neutral feedback based on my one and only experience with Garner Wallace.

I have an early 1900’s Seth Thomas pocket watch that I inherited and was looking for it to be cleaned up and completely checked out. It winds and works, but I wanted to make sure it was properly restored. In my search, I saw the great reviews, I live near, and always try to keep my spending local. On their site, I used the contact us page, explaining what I was needing done. After a few days with no correspondence, I called them. I spoke with a gentleman and told him what had happened. He was apologetic for the lack of response and stated they no longer work on pocket watches, but the owner had a contact he sends people to. He stated he would have to wait for the owner to arrive to get the information, and I asked he text it to me. He agreed after taking my number and I still have yet to hear back, just like the correspondence from their webpage that went unanswered. It’s very unfortunate.

WOW, just WOW! What an amazing experience with Garner Wallace. I can't expresses enough how helpful, kind, and absolutely amazing they were. William went above and beyond the normal. My 15yo son decided he wanted to build his own watch, purchasing all the necessary pieces to complete his own custom masterpiece. While going through the process of building his watch, he managed to break the stem off in the watch. So we took it to Garner Wallace for assistance. Not only was William able to remove the broken piece, but he told us to bring the watch back when we got a new stem and he would assist in getting it in. Approximately 4 days later, we were back at Garner Wallace, seeking William's assistance. William not only discovered why my son managed to break the stem, but rectified a flaw in the watch housing and face (grinding and shaving), allowing him to have his watch fully completed and as perfect as he had dreamt it to be. Thank you, William, for your kindness, expertise, and making my son's passion come to life. If I could give more than 5 stars a would..... but for now, I'll just send them all the...

On our 10 Year Wedding Anniversary my Wife surprised me with a Submariner Rolex Watch. That was 16 years ago, I proudly wear it everyday! My Rolex goes everywhere I go, while I am working, playing or going out with my Wife, its with me all the time!

I was super busy and did not notice that I had brushed again a surface that pop the Dial Bezel, and the 2 ringers under it off. You could say it was in need of major attention. I could not find the Dial Bezel or Rings. I've known Todd for some time now.

I took my Rolex to Todd, he has cleaned by Rolex in the past and done a super job. Todd put my Rolex back together making look and operate like new again. I was extremely pleased with the price and most impressed with the quality of his workmanship.

My Rolex looks and feels like the day my Wife gifted it to me. After 2 weeks and feeling naked with out it, once again I 'm proudly wearing my Wife's Gift to me. My Submariner Rolex!
