Jamba — Restaurant in Fort Worth

Giving them 1 star based on overall drive thru experience. Considering they just opened a few weeks ago, I’d have to say maybe they were still going through some training issues? Went in the drive thru line at 6:15pm with 5 cars ahead of me. It’s now 6:59pm and I’m one car behind the front of the drive thru window. 2 cars behind me just left the line. Wait time for drive thru is ridiculous..over 45 minutes and haven’t received my 1 pretzel and smoothie. This is kind of ridiculous especially when I know it doesn’t take long to roll and bake pretzels. Items were already in the warming unit. Staff was courteous when taking the order but didn’t say sorry for the long wait. At least 3 employees working so I know things could have been done quicker. Received my order at 7:09pm. Food was decent…pretzel was warm as it should be..large smoothie was good. I’d give them another try again next month to see if wait times improve. Just don’t go through the drive thru on a...

I love Jamba juice !! The product is amazing compared with other smoothies I've tried! However this location on blue mound Rd is horrible - I've tried it 4 times but these latest 2 times, once my husband and I went in, didn't get the order right took almost 40 min for 2.smoothies and a set up dogs in a cup. Then today we went thru the drive thru, took 20 min and the speaker you can't even hear the girl, we get up there finally and she goes here ya go gives the smoothies to my husband then slams the window ..here ya go??? Sorry for the wait maybe? I appreciate your business? Just awful- she seemed almost angry to work there...this is a clean site I'm not sure why they are so hostile maybe because management isn't getting great employees or not paying enough...but I expect more from Jamba! I came inside the other day for a late afternoon snack. I ordered original pretzel bites and a strawberries wild smoothie. The girl at the counter immediately took my order. 15 minutes went by and I was getting a touch bit impatient. I went and stood at the counter and everyone looked at me but no one acknowledged I was there. 5 more minutes goes by and a man that looked like he may have been a manager came up and said they didn’t have any pretzel bites and they were making them fresh. I appreciated the fresh food, but wouldn’t have ordered that item if I knew I was going to stand there for 25 minutes waiting for it. The pretzels although extremely fresh were good, but very very salty and I really like salt. The smoothie was good. Hoping this was just a one off since they just recently opened and they’re getting...
