Joe's Italian Restaurant — Restaurant in Fort Worth

Although I've always liked the food, the service is pretty awful. I can accept a certain level of grumpiness from the staff and management (it can sometimes lend to the character of the joint), but there's a line that needs to be drawn, and unfortunately they've reached it. Don't really want to deliver? Fine. No specials for two pizzas? Cool. Asking me, "You really don't have $29 in cash?!". Kinda funny. But charging me $3 to use a credit card? Really? A 10% credit card fee for an order about 4 blocks from your location? I've always carried out at this establishment, but had a long day and was willing to pay for the convenience of delivery (and obviously tip the driver!). But I won't be frequenting Joe's any more, especially with Tony's Pizza, who delivered two delicious 4 topping pizzas in 20 minutes with a smile. Plus, Tony's uses real Italian sausage, instead of the breakfast sausage Joe's prefers. Would...

Sadly, I think I have to give this 3-stars. The pizza they have here is INCREDIBLE. I order pizza almost every week and every time it is fantastic.

However, I decided to give their pasta a try over the weekend and that was a big mistake. My wife and I ordered Chicken Parmigiana and Chickem picatta, both to-go orders. When we got home, her picatta was alright, not too bad, but the chicken was a little overcooked. My chicken parmigiana, though, was extremely overcooked and the pasta was greasy. The bread they included was equally burned and as much and visibly so as well. I was very, very unhappy at how poor the pasta was. Threw it away after about 3-4 bites, it was absolutely unbearable.

That said, there is no doubt that I will be going back in the future for their pizza. It really is great, but do not order pasta from this place. They have a long way to go in that area,...

I ordered veal piccata when I got home I open the box and found marinara sauce all over my dish nowhere does it state that marinara sauce is on the entree it's supposed to be a white wine lemon butter sauce I've had veal picada before and that's how it usually always comes. So I called and described how I was not happy with this and could I come back up and have it fixed and I had to sit on the phone for about 5 minutes debating going back and forth until they finally offered to make it right I stated nowhere it doesn't say that there's marinara sauce when ordering. When I finally got the corrected order back home it was so bland and watered down the noodles were so mushy didn't even have to chew it was so disappointing and so an appetizing it was like a TV dinner version I will never be ordering from her again I'm so disappointed I would have gotten a refund if...
