Joe's Pizza, Pasta, Subs — Restaurant in Fort Worth

I recently went to Joe's Pizza for a quick and simple meal, to take home after work. I was really impressed with the staff. I called Joe's (even though I was parked outside) and asked many questions about the menu(couldn't decide what I wanted). The guy on the phone was Very patient with me, giving me suggestions on what I may want to eat....After I finally decided on my order, I was told the wait time to when my food would be ready. ( this is when Joe's got my high review) I mentioned to the guy that took my order that I was outside already and that I'll wait in my car.....not even 10 minutes later, the guy that took my order calls me on my phone and (mentions the car that I am in) that he can come out and bring me, my oder. I asked if I can pay on the phone, he just said, I'll just come out get your payment and bring you, your meal( excellent customer service). I really appreciate that person realizing that I didn't have the energy to get out of my car after a long day, and just tried to make my day.😎 I left with good vibes.....my pizza was petty...

Typically when I get food here I call it in & it's, literally, smoking when I get home, but this time I went in to place my order. I waited for what seemed like forever for 2 Slices of Pizza & by the time I got home, it was lukewarm at best. The Young Lady apologized for the wait, because she said "they were making it fresh", so I just knew I was going to have some smoking hot Slices, not one slice with an "okay" amount of Sausage & the other leaving me looking for Sausage! But I'm not gonna lie, I hadn't eaten all day & because I've had their Pizza at another one of their locations, I ate it like it was my Last Supper! I'll probably go back, but I would eat it there. It's my fault because I should have...

My husband and I went there to get some food 30 mins before closing..they cashier was rude..after we ordered we asked him if we can get some bread and butter he said ok after couple of mins he came back with bread and told us that they don't serve bread to people that order Salad and Calzone. He tossed the basket on the table. My husband and I had enough and asked for our food to go. We didn't want the bread nor we are going back there. That's the first time we have issues with them and we come there all the time. Awful service. After the Albanian manager left the quantity of food and service went down. My husband wanted one piece of pizza...
