The food was okay...about the same as ALL the other Joes pizza & pasta...but the "younger" female waitress with the very huge, long nose, was VERY RUDE. I came in alone & waited on my order, but noticed that EVERYONE else that came in was getting bread, while they waited for their meal to come. I let that go, bc I have an awesome figure so maybe she ( the waitress) noticed that too & it was a blessing in disguise for me not to have the extra carbs...lol 😊 but I NEVER got offered a refill on my drink...yep, I had to get my on refill... Putting that behind me,I decided to get something to go for a friend, but in order to do that...I had to wait for the waitress to come & wait on some new customers that had just came in, which had luckily sat across from me...then I had to politely, call out "Miss !..I would like to make an order to go"... She looked as if I had burden HER !...& when I was making part of my 1st order, she WALKED OFF & that was my cue right there that I will NOT be back, bc I'm paying also for good service as well...& when I did go to pay for my half order...she sarcastically joked that she almost double charged me...which I didn't find funny at all...so I'm now checking my billing statement for ANY over charges from that place... She was shady & so was the remark...& with ALL, that had been done & said...I WILL NOT BE BACK , due to that one rude, nasty waitress & the food was okay.,.,but it makes me wonder what could she have possibly done to my food, prior to me receiving it... I will continue to go to other Joes, which have AWESOME 😊customer service & you can't go wrong with Olive Garden...
Read moreSERVICE This past weekend, my wife and I stopped by Joe's Pizza & Pasta after returning from a weeklong trip. We were travel-weary but hungry, and we decided to try a restaurant we'd not been to before. From the minute we walked through the door to the moment we left, ours was a five-star experience. The gentleman who greeted us and took our order was incredibly patient, pleasant, and personable. When I asked to add a drink to my meal, which I'd forgotten to do before my bill was tallied, he told me to have one on the house. A few minutes before my wife and I left, the same gentleman brought us a delicious slice of cake—again, on the house—to ease our travels. We felt like undeserving VIPs, but we were also hugely grateful for the amazing service.
FOOD Delicioso! I ordered a meatball sub and my wife ordered the spaghetti with meat sauce. Both meals were served neatly, fresh, and hot. We enjoyed every bite.
ATMOSPHERE I prefer restaurants with low-light, intimate atmospheres, where visitors can have quiet conversations without needing to raise their voices over the din trapped in a high ceiling overhead. Joe's Pizza & Pasta checked this box easily. I felt cozy and relaxed and able to enjoy my meal at a leisurely pace.
This is a delightfully pleasant little restaurant that deserves your patronage if you ever find yourself in the area with a craving for quality Italian food. My wife and I will certainly be returning here...

The chicken parmesan is perfectly cooked with tender, juicy chicken smothered in flavorful marinara and gooey melted cheese--absolutely mouthwatering. Their pasta fagioli is rich, hearty, and full of comforting flavors, making it the perfect starter. And of course, the New York style pizza is outstanding, with a perfectly crisp crust, generous toppings, and a balance of flavors that keeps you coming back for more.
