Authentic ? absolutely! Yes although I believe the food on the weekend has a certain touch of a more... how CAn I say Hmmm "SABOR" im not sure why? OR HOW COME OR pin point possibly what reason this is due to. my theory is, it possibly could be due to the Cooks, Chef or Clever Carnicero's on duty during the weekends hours. Whatever time of the day morning evening or afternoon. each time i visit im never let down! I always leave pleased and fulfilled. Even better when im feeding an entire group of ppl whether co-workers or family members everyone enjoys their meal and finishes with a smile on their face. 100% satisfied thus far. I can not believe the way my mother and I were treated at this place because we did not know ordering tacos with everything ment chile as well. We are use to everything bieng cilantro, onions maybe tomatoes and crema but not chile! My father is in the hospital in bad shape, the last thing I needed was to be handed a spoon and asked to scoop the hot sauce off my self. When my mom asked for the tacos to be replaced the lady said I have to throw this away now because of you. The cook from the back was complaining if we didnt know better and the guy from the line was Bi*ing about it as well. We ended up having to go somewhere else. SO MUCH FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE !! Honestly lost a customer will never go out of my way again for this place. Please work on your service skills, since that is your money...

When in line all was good even getting my food my wife's and kid ...but in front of me the client asked for not too much ice but the cashier said there is not much in it. The guy felt it and said it has lots of it and was going to be for he's daughter. The cashier said they could not do anything about it but the drink was not open and said to him if he wanted another one they could sell him one more. He was upset and said you guys make people buy food . He took it and opened the cup it was more than half the cup of ice they didn't care about. After that I did feel scammed what else they do to earn money if they do this in front of the customer. The sad part is that there were not that many people eating in now I know why.
