McDonald's — Restaurant in Fort Worth

I always purchase large orders, AND I always give my order taker a heads up. This day, I advised the young man taking my order that I wanted 6 COMBO MEALS. I asked if they still offered the 20 pcs nuggets in a combo meal. The young man advised No. That's fine... I ASKED for 2- 20 pcs chicken nuggets, 2- MEDIUM SPRITE, AND 2- MEDIUM FRENCH FRIES..then I went on ahead and ordered 4 additional MEALS. (#1-LARGE, #4b, #7, and #2) all with Sprite. They gave me the total and i went to the window before i paid, i asked for a small water. At the pick up window, they only gave me 4 drinks, 4 regular sized French fries (even though i asked for one to be LARGE) The guy taking my order was clearly DISTRACTED! He DID NOT take my order correctly. When i advised The cashier and apparently the Manager(older black woman) standing at the window, the manager became BOTHERED about me asking about the rest of my food I'D CLEARLY ORDERED! She had a bit of an attitude asking me in a rushing irate manner what did i need! As if I were bothering her! (i need you to get my simple order right, that's what i need!) I advised her that i asked for 2 medium fries and 2 medium drinks to go with my 2- 20 pcs chicken nuggets AT THE SPEAKER. She grabbed 2 medium fries and threw them in a bag and handed them to the cashier as of she was agitated because I was stopping the drive thru flow. Had the order taker paid attention while taking my order I wouldn't be at the window asking for items i KNOW i asked for , but aren't in my bag. I went out of my way to come to this location... Definitely NOT...

Why does the service have to be so BAD here? No one is expecting Chick-fil-a type service, but could we try to 'up' the professionalism and service. It would be good if the businesses in our community operated as if they wanted to be here and accept our money for decent service in return.

I placed an order in the mobile app and received the notice to come to the counter and pick it up. After DRIVING to McDonald's, they had the DOORS LOCKED! The workers just look at you through the window! There was NO SIGNAGE with any information, just the posted lobby hours, (which my order was placed and ready about 4O minutes BEFORE the posted LOBBY CLOSE TIME). Additionally, before the notification to come to the counter and pick up my order, there was a notification that my order was being prepared, and it was too late to cancel!

I DROVE to this McDonald's for my order, wasted my time, GAS, and money (for now, because I intend to call every manager on every level). Can't rate the food because I paid but didn't get any.

This is HORRIBLE customer service or treatment, completely UNPROFESSIONAL, and apparently, changes are needed at this location! If this location is run this way with the support of management or leadership, the future is bleak. Is this really acceptable, standard operations? Ridiculous!!!!!!! Please 'try' to improve. We want you here, but we will spend our money elsewhere if necessary. Who wants to 'pay' for bad or nonexistent service? Come on,...

The food 🤢 is HORRIBLE 🤮 on the late night shift & weekends. I had requested for my meal to be made fresh to order & was told "SURE !, but it would be a wait"...I said no problem & WAITED...JUST TO RECEIVE a lukewarm dried out burger the patty looks as if it had been dropped on the floor then put on the bun & my fries were room temperature & hard as hell !! I drove back up there & complained about what I had received & guess what...they must had grabbed another OLD ASS patty & put it in the microwave for maybe 15 seconds & redropped them SAME OLD ASS dried out fries in the cooking oil bc they were brown, even harder & taste like OLD COOKING OIL !!! But the crazy thing is from the drive thru window, I could hear the cook jamming their ass off in the back... So it must be nice to chill & jam & get paid, bc ain't no (fresh) cooking going on at that McDonald's JUST warming up your food ( if you're lucky to get that ) ...& I had JUST went back to that McDonald's bc I haven't been there in the last 6-7 months bc of the SAME PROBLEM...the food ON NIGHT Shift is NEVER FRESH & the night staff is SOO childish & unprofessional the food after dark is AWFUL/Disgusting & the weekends is 😱OMG is HORRIBLY AWFUL !!! Beware of food poisoning at this place 😖🤢👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽💩 The night shift is a big joke & an after hours, party ESPECIALLY ON THE WEEKEND !!!....save your time & money & possibly a trip to...
