I order from this Pizza Hut all the time and the food has always been correct, cooked well and good. Tonight I ordered and usually when I order the dessert, the pizza cookies they are already cut for you. This is the first time it has not been cut, which is fine no big deal of course I know how to cut a cookie. But the bottom of it was burnt as well as the other pizzas we received were very overcooked along with the cheesy bread. So I called to talk to somebody to let them know my dilemma. And the manager there, her name is Nevada, like the state, that is what she told me. Her tone is horrible and she is very condescending. Sheâs one of those that wants to go back-and-forth and try to seem like sheâs remaining Professional but sheâs not. It really was not a good look when you are calling an establishment you continuously spend money at. I am in the customer service industry, and I would never go back-and-forth with one of my customers. I own a staffing company and if I ever used the tone she used with me with one of my customers I would be out of business. I asked her for the name of her area Supervisor and the phone number and she told me theyâre not allowed to give that out. And I responded with so you donât have a corporate number or the name of an area supervisor thatâs over the store? And she gave me a customer service number of course that leads to nowhere. She really was not trying to hear anything that I said and wanted Picture proof of everything plus a previous picture of a Pizza cookie that was sliced up. I had one in my pics because I sent it to a friend. I sent it to her as she requested at the time only for a pic of the puzzle cookie. Then she responded with what about the pizza? I advised her I can send pictures of the pizza that she never originally asked for that. She only asked for a picture of the pizza cookie. And then she wanted to go back-and-forth saying she asked for all of it. Needless to say, Iâve sent her everything and she has not responded with a resolution. But she can go back-and-forth trying...
   Read moreUnfortunately I had to give this location one star. I didnât even want to do that. The one good thing I can say about this location is that I canât rate their food. Because I never got it. I called this location and five minutes after nine New Yearâs Eve placed the order with the gentleman who English was not so good not quite sure why he was answering the phone but anyway. He quoted me like three different prices 30 something dollars and then 20 something dollars finally it was 18 something. I agreed to pay it. After about an hour and a half I decided to call to check on my order. The customer service representatives would answer the phone and then hang up. If I was able to talk to someone they told me that the driver is running late. After a while no one answered the phone except for an answering service that explained to me that the location was closed due to it being New Yearâs Eve I checked my bank account and there were multiple transactions from the location withdrawing the money from my account. So now today is the next day and no one at the location was still able to help me I was instructed to call on Monday . I hope I get my money back.

   Read moreI have ordered pizza from this location twice and both times it was a nightmare. The first time I order was about a year ago I had my order delivered and when it arrived it was so hard and overcooked It was not edible. I call to complain and the guy that answered was very rude and said They could not deliver a new pizza so I asked for a refund back to my account. Never received a refund they also double charge my credit card. I contacted corporate and my bank and after a month my money was return back to me. I decided to give them another try last night and again they failed they never deliver my pizza the excuse was that they did not have an apt #. The address was complete on the confirmation email pizza hut sent me. They never called me to ask or anything, I decided to call them when I realize that it had been an hour and 30 mins. At that point I just wanted my pizza I didn't want a refund because I didn't want to go thru that mess again. Eventually my husband just had to drive and pick it up from the store. They refuse to make us new pizza's so we just had to settle. Please my advice is to NOT order from this place!! Next time I will just drive to the other location...
