I went through this Taco Bell drive thru shortly before closing time. My order was all kinds of incorrect, with almost every item being made improperly, as well as the entire order being cold. When I called the next day to get my order replaced the manager was rude, did not apologise, and also said that she didn't believe my mini chicken quesadilla in the order was cold. She refused to replace the whole order, leaving off only that $1 item instead of trusting the customer and offering good customer service. I still said thank you and went to the same location a few hours later to get the order replaced. The drive thru line was long, which is fine, but once we got to the speaker box, the person taking the order kept asking me to wait a 'minute' and would be gone with no explanation or apology for 3 to 5 minutes at a time. This happened 3 times before we were able to get the order straight and on top of that it was raining so I had to leave the window open to listen for the person taking my order to come back. Mind you, each time she never did come back until after a few minutes I would politely say "excuse me, is anyone there?". There was a line behind us or I would've happily gone in. The replacement order was better, but the replacement drinks were not correct and when I asked for them to be corrected the girl at the drive thru window had a horrible attitude even though I was very nice and courteous the entire time. I also placed an additional order for another mini chicken quesadilla and a few chili cheese burritos, and those were good and hot. However, the cheesey gordita crunches in the replacement order were once again cold, and this time had barely a tablespoon of meat on them each! We definitely deserved a better experience for the money and effort we spent. And I was never even slightly rude. I can not stress this enough. Try a different location. This one needs to get...

If I could give zero stars I would. I went through the drive thru at this location Sunday morning around 12:30am and the drive thru employee did not return my card I did not immediately realize this until I went to go to the store this morning and realize that my debit card was missing. So I get into my bank app to lock my debit card and I see that there are now two purchases from this Taco Bell location from Sunday around midnight One for the $12 .96 that I spent and one for $27.56. so I called and I spoke to the manager in charge who although was very nice, really lacked real training on what to do in this type of situation. I explained to her what was going on and that I had these two charges and that what was weird is that I could not find my debit card at the moment. She asked me what it looked like and it just so happens that she was looking at my debit card that had been sitting in the manager's office. So whoever was operating the drive-thru on Sunday morning around 12:00 12:30 decided that they were going to buy themselves dinner with my debit card and then turn my card into the manager is what I can only assume happened. I'm not even sure if I will actually receive my refund because the sweet manager that was on duty like I said didn't really know what to do. They were unable to pull up the receipt which I find strange because I'm a restaurant manager and there's always a way to pull it receipt up, especially when you paid with a debit card. Anyways, I will not be returning back to this location ever again. As a matter of fact I will tell everybody I know not to come here. Apparently their employees like to steal. update I found my receipt and the cashier's name on it is Kiara K so someone needs to be asking these employees...

Taco Bell: A Love Letter to the Borderline Obsessed

Taco Bell isn't just fast food; it's a cultural phenomenon. It's the place where flavor and affordability collide in a symphony of cheesy, crunchy, spicy goodness.

What I love:

The Customization: Taco Bell empowers you to be the architect of your own culinary masterpiece. Want extra cheese? Done. Potatoes on your taco? Absolutely. The ability to personalize your order means you're always guaranteed a meal that hits the spot.

The Value: Let's be honest, Taco Bell is a champion of the budget-conscious. Where else can you get a feast for under $10? The value menu is a gift to students, late-night snackers, and anyone who appreciates a good deal.

The Innovation: Taco Bell isn't afraid to push the boundaries of fast food. They're constantly experimenting with new flavors and creations, keeping the menu fresh and exciting. Remember the Doritos Locos Tacos? A stroke of genius!

The Nostalgia: Taco Bell is a time machine to simpler times. It evokes memories of late-night drives, after-school hangouts, and those questionable decisions made at 2 AM. It's a comforting reminder of carefree days and good times.

The Verdict:

Taco Bell is a delicious, affordable, and endlessly customizable fast food experience. It's not haute cuisine, but it doesn't pretend to be. It's a celebration of bold flavors, creative combinations, and the joy of indulging in something a little bit naughty. So go ahead, embrace your inner Taco Bell enthusiast and treat yourself to a Crunchwrap Supreme....

I don't even write reviews. I don't have the time for that mess but imma surely make time for this one. First of all it's tacobell there's no real expectation for fast food. Still when you can't even throw some beans and cheese on a tortilright there's some issues. That definitely needs to be addressed. All I wanted was a few simple burritos. And what I got was that crap I ordered a chicken enchilada burrito and I only got a few small slivers of chicken. I don't understand how that passes as a proper made chicken enchiladas burrito. Especially given the fact you have a menu to guide you and a specific measurement scoop to give the exact amount everytime.that is wrong and disrespectful in so many levels.look I get it it i really do sometimes you just may not have the right amount to make the proper portion of an item pulled or maybe just out of stock. But that don't mean that you can make a person believe that they will be getting what they ordered. All I got was a rice and cheese with red sauce burrito. you couldve just said we dont have that item available at this time not make people pay for it anyway. You took my money and just slapped crap into a tortilla knowing thats not at all what i paid for WRONG AND UNPROFESSIONAL. There's a difference of making mistakes and just down right not doing it right just because you just dont care. If your gonna do it do it right or not at all not a recommended place to eat at
