RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE I visited this location yesterday and was greeted by a rude young lady , didn't catch her name but you'll recognize her once you go. First thing she asked me was wheat, white or whole grain after i told her which subs i wanted, so i asked her were those 3 the only options because i normally get italian herbs and cheese she rudely cut me off by responding " yup " .. later down the line i was on the phone telling them that they didn't have american cheese and she interrupted my convo insisting that they did, even though i could clearly see the container which normally help YELLOW AMERICAN CHEDDAR was empty so when she started putting on white cheese i asked multiple times if they had the yellow american cheddar that i was speaking of and she said they had shredded cheese.... lmao i know what shredded cheese is, this is not what i asked for i told her to put it back and that i'd just get pepper jack... she was being rude and subliminal the entire time and as a customer i won't be returning , no cheese , no bread . i wonder what else they didn't have, safe yourself the trouble and go to...
Read moreThis subway and the owner are horrible. I stopped coming to this one years ago and decided to give it another try since it's in my neighborhood. Now I know why I stopped coming here. They have not gotten my last two app orders correct. They first time I was like no big deal they just left off the banana peppers but the second time I was like this is ridiculous. They don't know the meaning of "less", meaning not as much not NONE otherwise I would have omitted it altogether. I believe in getting what I paid for. When brought to the owners attention instead of apologizing and correcting it he stated he made the sandwich and they "followed the rules". What rules?! You're the "owner"! Read moreMobile app did not correctly screen my location. The order was placed incorrectly at this location. Called the location and they lied advising me the order has to be cancelled through the app. You cannot cancel through the app as there is no put in cancellation function. They said they had no manager on a 5pm shift to void the transaction. They hung up the phone abruptly and would not return my call after several attempts, 11 to be exact. This is clear theft as the actual location I was intending to order from clerk even got on the phone with them and stated they can cancel the order through their point of service system however the store probably did not want to lose the sale. She had to call through her own phone as they were deliberately not answering my other calls.
Update: had to file a theft incident report. No telling how many this location has...
