Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Fort Worth

We love the food especially for me the foot long chilli cheese coney!! But its not uncommon for us to have some of our order missing!! The manager at the Trail Lake Drive, 76133 location took care of this the last time by replacing our meal. However the next time we visited some of our order was missing again!! I feel that the staff is more focused on getting the orders out quickly and not so much on the quality of the order! Customers should NEVER have to be inconvenienced by having to remove their food from the bag in their car to check an order! In any case this needs some attention! Its a simple fix, hold your employees accountable for ensuring the quality of every order!!

We decided to stop at sonic on trail lake drive Saturday Night. My foot long chilli cheese coney was dry and tasted horrible!! Looked to be old and probably sitting out for a few hours. I took a couple of bites but had to throw the rest away. Also gave me a stomach ache! My girlfriends chilli cheese tots were also stale and very little chilli or cheese! Looks like someone wasn't paying attention when making this item! The person that delivered our food was also pretty unprofessional! I realize young people work here for extra cash but damn at least train them to be professional and how to talk to customers! Overall I'd say this sonic has really deteriorated in food quality and customer service!! We probably won't visit this particular location anymore even though it's the closest to...

Poor customer service. I went there to order two combos. One of the combos was a Buffalo popcorn chicken. I asked for it to be a large. At the end of me putting in my order. The lady going to tell me it's cheaper to make it a medium and change my order to a medium. Then got mad because I wanted a large. When he brought my food to me car. I asked why she change my order, I was willing to pay for what I wanted. I didn't even ask how much was the difference. I also asked for ranch. They said they couldn't give me any Ranch to go with my Buffalo popcorn chicken. Then the delivery person said I had to pay for the difference for the size of the meal. I told him that why I order it they way I wanted it the first time before she change my order without permission. I didn't want to use my card again. I didn't trust sending my food back in, because the District Manager came outside mad. She was anger because I wanted what I was willing to pay for. Then they tried to take all my food back, not just what they messed up. I said no. Just give me my money back for that one order. They made a big deal about giving me my money back and threatened to call the cops. I also had me children in the car. They didn't even give me a receipt. They didn't want to give me the names I requested so I could report them. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I have never heard of someone downsizing the customer order to save the company some money. I had a TERRIBLE experience here. I pressed the red button, and I had to wait awhile for someone to answer. When they did they took my order, but nothing popped up on the screen. I pressed the button again to tell them it wasn’t showing up to let me pay, and someone else answered to tell me they would take my card when they came outside. Then, presumably the first girl comes out with my food. She goes to the car next door first thinking it’s his. She brings it to me. When I saw my chicken strips and meal I confirmed it was mine, and she took my card. She came back and handed me the drink. I had ordered a diet limeade. The drink was red. I politely asked if it was cherry limeade, and she said no. I said I’m allergic to cherries (which is true and also most fruits- not lime) and the regular one isn’t red. She told me I was wrong it is red in an aggressive and confrontational way. I was shocked at her tone and aggression, so I said thank you and drove away very upset because regular limeades are not red, and there’s no need to be aggressive about such situations. Also, I did not drink it, because I am allergic and had no way of knowing what it was or if it was safe. Now maybe they changed the way they do it, and it’s red now, but the attitude and way it was handled made me not want...
