I waited for the lady to take my order. I asked for 6 inch, white bread, black forest. She said very rudely I can't hear you. I explained I could not speak up any louder. That is as loud as I can speak. She said we'll I don't know what you want, I can't hear with all this machinery. I said can we step down at end of counter and started to head that way. She said no this is where you order. I explained to the young cashier that this is as loud as I can talk and the other lady came over to cut in conversation saying no that is where I order. I said I'm talking with my doctor right now. I offered her my phone and she just kept insisting I yell to her my order. At this point I gave up. Asked her what is wrong with her. Customers were uncomfortable and she said same thing that's wrong with you. I said it again and left. No she doesn't have a tumor in her throat like I have. But maybe she could use some good manners, treat people decent and just not hate your job so literally that you take it out on everyone else. I ordered a sandwich meal on the app. When I got there all they handed me was the sandwich and I told the 2 ladies there I ordered a meal, I didn't get her name but VERY rudely she said "Nuh uh! No ma'am! Look ar your receipt" so I stepped to the side to check my order on the app and the other girl comes up points at the receipt again "See! You didn't order a drink." I politely responded "I know I'm just checking the app to be sure." "Must be a glitch but you obviously didn't. You can buy one" The app wasn't pulling up and I was getting a bit annoyed they kept heckling me about the receipt. Read moreI am so frustrated with Subway. There is only one subway I can go to that's actually good and employees are great and yet most times they don't accept promos online. I've ordered from several other in the area of West and Southwest Fort Worth and every single one has been the same. The employees are just horrible and the food is made carelessly and I think purposely wrong. Today I went to the one on Trail Lake and I20 and it's just unbelievable how nonshalantly rude that girl was not to mention the food was wrong and horrible. My first time using that location in search for a better experience and of course I will not be returning. I might just give up on Subway altogether.
