This is as stated in other reviews, the worst Taco Bell around here. We ordered through the mobile app and when we got our food, it was cold and old. There was no meat on the crunch wrap, it was basically a big flour tortilla, with a corn tortilla and some sour cream in it. The potatoes were cold and the drinks had like 2 ice cubes in them and they were half melted. The 5 layer burrito's weren't any better with as little meat and food in them as possible. You can't get any less food or value for your buck than this. We called and spoke to Matt and he was nice, told us that he would replace both of our cravings box's (we had 2), he said the entire meal. Next day I had my husband stop by on the way home and pick up our replacement. Matt wasn't there and the manager on duty was rude and ended up only giving us the food, he wouldn't give us the drinks. To make matters worse, the potatoes on our fiesta potatoes were old, very hard and crunchy, they were nasty. They tasted like they had sat there all day and then they just put cheese and sour cream on them. The cheese sauce had weird strings in them, like it was old. The crunch wrap's were very similar to the day before, your basically eating tortilla's with sour cream and very little insides. My daughter's crunch wrap had a molded diced up tomato on it. She didn't find it until she was almost done with her meal. My stomach has been bugging me all day. Don't waste your, time, money or stomach as you will be left sick with probably food poisoning and wondering "where's the beef". I wonder if the GM and Taco Bell higher ups know what's going on at this facility? One of the worst experiences I've had in...
Read moreWeâve come to this Taco Bell numerous times and have never had this bad of service. I order and paid for 3 crunchy taco supremes, get all the way home which is 25 minutes away, I have plain crunchy tacos. I call up, and the lady who answers suggests to come back to have them remake it after Iâve already informed her I live 25 minutes away. That was not realistic at all, Iâd be out almost an hour over tacos. She puts me on hold and a man comes on the phone. He asks me what I want him to do about it. I suggested to either refund me the difference, or put it in their log that Iâm owed 3 crunchy taco supremes at a later date. He says heâs writing my name down and putting it in their office. I asked who I was speaking to so I can reference when I go in. He proceeds to say âummmmmmâ with a long pause, then say heâs not allowed to tell me his name. Fine. I asked what your position? Are you a manager? Assistant manager? Team lead? He said âyeah something like thatâ I said how am I supposed to believe youâre talking my issue serious and Iâm actually going to honored these tacos if I canât even reference who I spoke with. Again what is your position. He said âuhh a trainerâ. Then reiterates to just come in, state my name and get my tacos, and hangs up the phone. I hope the manager will train their trainers on customer service and how to resolve issues that their...
Read moreThe food there was actually good this time. One of my friends ordered the 5 dollar chicken chalupa box, (same as I did) and one of their tacos at the bottom were at least broken half way. Since four of my friends wanted to eat at Whataburger, we had to stop there as well. All four of them were so hungry we couldn't eat our food we had ordered from Taco Bell, so we decided to eat with them at Whataburger. We got so many disgusting looks from others that we had brung in different food. I honestly didn't care. I just wanted to eat because I hadn't eaten lunch so my stomach was bugging me full time. As I gobbled down my food (not literally) my other four friends were ordering their food. Took them about 30 minutes to order and get their food. But then one of my friends had received a bag full of frozen fries (yes, the whole bag had frozen fries). We complained to them and got a refund. But the whole point of this is Taco Bell has better employees (who actually care about how your food is) and their place is cleaner than Whataburger's. I completely think Taco Bell has better tasting food, nicer environment, and friendly,...
