Taco Bell — Restaurant in Fort Worth

I had to comment about this location. I don't actually live anywhere near this location. I drive past two other locations just to get to this one. I grew up in the 80/90s when we all remember the awesomeness that Taco bell used to be. Delicious meat,, friendly atmosphere, and our favorite menu options. However, my beloved Taco Bell has seen better days. The location where I actually live is atrocious to say the least. The food is old, the people are rude and yell cuss words in front of the customers. And in most cases it is not even all there. I e no cheese ever. Even if you pay extra it is maybe half a cup. THIS location I am posting about is always fresh, even 10 minutes before closing, they are upbeat and smile at you, the manager is an absolute customer service professional who actively manages not only his store, but the unforeseen crisis. Instead of giving an excuse, he actually accommodates the situation with a sincere apology. That is the key to every business, making the people feel welcome and delivering on the basic services you claim to provide. Not to mention the store is always clean. Those things can't be learned or taught, you either know them and like your job, or you hate your job...

Worst experience I have ever had at ANY restaurant. I ordered 11 items, and asked for extra Fire AND mild sauce. I only received 4 mild packets in the bag. I drove all the way home to feed my family dinner....and that's when I found I only got 4 packets of sauce. I called the restaurant and spoke to a manager who said he was newly promoted, his name was Dakota. He said that I would need to call back in an hour to talk to the General Manager and she could "possibly" help me. I asked if I should not feed my daughter the food in case I needed to bring it back, and all he could say is he didn't know what to do, that I would have to call the General Manager. Fast forward an hour and a half later....and a dozen un answered phone calls, I finally get a hold of Breanna the General Manager who says that she spoke with her area coach, and I would need to bring the food back in order to get a refund.....so thanks for making my family, and my daughter wait and go hungry on a school night, because nobody was willing or able to make a decision without the General...

This location shows as an "open late" location, I get out if work late and tried to get to this location before it's close at 2 am. Because, I knew I couldn't make it to the location I usually got to after work. I got there before 1 :50 am. I realize that is late, but, when I normally get exceptional service from my usual Taco Bell, right until close, it was highly disappointing. What was more, all the lights were on, and I could see the employees moving about from the inside. This is a large corporation, if the branch says open till 2am, that is when it should be open. The whole point of sacrificing a certain level of quality, is for consistency and convenience. That is what I expect from a Taco Bell location. I will, of course continue going to my regular location, for the afore mentioned reasons. I caution everyone, not to trust that this location will live up to the standards set by Taco Bell. I know those standards are not quite the same as you would expect from a sit down restaurant, but they exist, and this location does...
