I just had the BEST experience at the Pollo Regio on Beach Street, and it’s all thanks to the wonderful Victoria! She is an absolute gem—warm, welcoming, and clearly running this location with heart and hustle.

Not only did she greet me like I was a long-lost friend (seriously, can I invite her to my next family BBQ?), but she also went above and beyond to make my visit great- Victoria, you’re too kind! She’s quick and amazing and was so helpful with any questions I had about the menu!

The food was fresh, fast, and delicious (as always), but the real standout was the energy and positivity coming from Victoria and the whole team. You can tell she’s a great leader who cares deeply about her staff and customers alike. Everyone was smiling, the line moved smoothly even during a lunch rush!

To whoever reads this at corporate: please give Victoria a raise, a trophy, a crown—something! She’s representing Pollo Regio like an absolute pro, and I’ll definitely be back. Thank you for brightening my day, Victoria! And I have to say I have never had the potatoes as a side but this time I did and they are legit so good especially with cheese and even a bit of green sauce on there like I am obsessed! Definitely 5 star rating My significant other & I , Walked into pollo regio here on beach st , Literally 20 minutes till closing , After a hard long day at work , I asked the gentleman at the counter what time did they close , His reply with a smile on his face was 10pm but you all can most definitely order! Immediately made us feel at ease , We ordered & Sat to wait for our order , Another customer walked in seconds after us , Same gentleman , As I watched him he had the same attitude, smile on his face and friendliness and took his order as well , He also brought our food to our table as we ordered for dine in, I asked him for his name , He said Javier , I asked him who was his manager because I wanted to let him know what awesome service he gave us , He was the manager! Okay, my first visit. The only reason I'm not writing this a five, LOL it's because I'm very chatty and I drove off without my guacamole LOL But I can say is I did not trust myself to order because I get my meats mixed up in my Spanish lingo so I just basically told the gentleman in the Drive-Thru hey I want three tacos, this is what I like, please just make it up. These tacos that I received were like you're familiar with riverside, they're this small street tacos which is what I asked for. The meat!! Was absolutely SUCCULENT!!! Now this is a word you will not hear me use very often, because being from alabama, I don't find meet very succulent here in Texas like I get in alabama. But I thought this was a chicken house please keep in mind when I pulled up to the drive-thru I had no idea of all of the fabulous things that they offered.
