KFC — Restaurant in Fort Worth

Unprofessional so called manager told me take up my issue with corporate something the store manager or asst. manager should be handling. Says her name is "sharkeisha" girl please, and if it is fine, but I dought it. When I asked is that the name corporate will identify you with when I call??? she said yes LOL ok we will see. She was rude disrespected, me and had attitude. When I asked to speak to a real manager, because i did not believe some one that unprofessional, was a Manager she says she's not there?? But I thought you was the manager Hun? So you lied? She starts stuttering trying to patch up her story. When explained again, what are they going to do about my order needing to be replaced?? "she says that's our bad about your messed up food" and "there is nothing I can do" I said why not I called to inform them about the food it's suppose to get replaced she says "no not doing it like I said our bad you should have turned around and came back that day" I said well my food SHOULD not have been old and rubbery either so what now? She says "like I said my bad" with total attitude. I asked her who is the corporate manager, I'm going to call them, she gets silent on the phone I asked her again she says hello? I said what's your corporate number and who was I speaking to in the beginning that transferred me to you after I specifically asked for a manager she says I don't know Her cell phone rings "Rihanna- you needed me" and unprofessionally she answers, it and hangs up in my face WOW I'm going straight to the better business bureau on this location and KFC in general this is who you hire to serve people who pay money they should spending at the grocery story for a meal!!??? Because maybe we don't have the time to go to the store so we instead spend the money with you??? Disgraceful ignorant and never eating there again and I'm going to the full extent on your employee "sharkeisha" the poor customer service at these face food places...

Went through the driver through and the lady that took my order was very rude and wasn’t listening at all. It was like she didn’t know what she was doing. I get to the window and asked for my order to be read back to me and they made it seem like it was an issue with them. They read it back to me and it wasn’t right, I tell them again what I wanted. They didn’t tell me how much it was nor did they give me a receipt. I had to go to my bank account to see how much it was and it was almost $40. Which is outrageous especially since I got an 8 piece family meal which is $26.99. They hand me my food, I look in the bag and it’s not the stuff I ordered. I waited at the window and they all just stood around staring and the lady that took my order kept looking as well. I wave motioning her to come over to the window she just walked off, and then I sat there longer and just waited. She eventually came back to the window but she was very disrespectful, and her attitude was TERRIBLE. I told her my food was wrong and was wondering why it almost cost $40. And she asked what I wanted even though I told her 3 times what I wanted. I also got other food I didn’t order, and she was very annoyed when I handed it to her. She started yelling and all after she shut the window and she eventually came back and aggressively handed me the bag. Then I asked her why it was almost $40 and she said that’s the price, I was like how when it says it’s 26.99 for the family meal? I asked for a receipt she said the system was down and couldn’t give me one, and if I had an issue with it go online and see the price and then was like if you have a problem come back tomorrow and then shut the window. I am very upset with how my visit with this KFC was, I don’t understand why it’s so hard to just be nice and do your job correctly. It’s not that hard and they need to do better! I won’t be going back, and honestly I wouldn’t recommend people...

I'm not sure what they just tried to serve me this food is horrible the chicken has a smell to it. The cole slaw has a nasty aftertaste. This is the WORST!!!! KFC I have ever been to I arrived at 1:10 no one was at the counter 3 other people are waiting 1 guy walked out. The manager comes from the back with one of the other persons's order The next guy orders then it's my turn to order the time is now 1:22 pm. There aren't any cars in the drive-thru because the parking lot is flooded. Two more people come in the manager is trying to take orders pack them and prep the food but has 3 other ladies just standing around looking.... Why are you packing orders ? So I guess the coleslaw wasn't made so the manager has to go back and make it mind you two or three more people are behind me waiting to get their orders as well The guy in front of me doesn't have his order yet all he had was a 2 piece the time is now 1:29 pm. I yell out yall need to come on before I ask for a refund I've been in here to long for a breast and coleslaw. The lady that ordered after me gets her order but one of the gurls just standing around puts it on the counter no name called at all. Here come the manager flying back to the front with te nasty azz coleslaw makes my order bring it to the front and calls my Name. 1st off manager utilization of your workers will take the starin off of you and the number one thing in fastfood STAY READY SO YOU DONT HAVE TO GET READY. Jobs of who is doing what should've been assigned before start of the shift. I'm so pissed I had to keep drinking water to get this nasty Azz taste out of my mouth bout this coleslaw PISSED MY CHICKEN has a smell as if it wasn't clean on it was literally on it last leg before spoiling.. I will never visit this store again I ADVISE YOU TO STAY CLEAR AS WELL had I seen the reviews or pictures they wouldn't have gotten not 1 dime of my money...
