Cicis Pizza — Restaurant in Fort Worth

I went in today and the pizza was delicious as always.

However, I am giving a 1-star review due to the old salad that was topped off with new salad on the salad bar. I brought this to the attention of the manager and my hope was that she would toss the salad out and just add new salad in.

There was brown salad in there that tasted like mildew. The manager yessica/jessica, just told the worker to ignore what I had said because the salad was fine. I ate my pizza and left.

I left there incredibly disappointed. I have been coming to this Cicis since I was young and will not be back until this is addressed with that manager. She could have saved half the bag of salad instead of pouring new salad on top of old rotten salad that tasted like mildew. So sad that this was my experience. Hope this gets addressed.

On the positive note I recommend going to the Cicis in Arlington off of little rd. They always have FRESH pizza...

This location was a little busy, but not to chaotic for a Friday night. The basic pizzas (pepperoni, spinach, ham pineapple, and beef) were kept fresh. The salad bar was well stocked as well. The cashier had a very dry personality and never smiled, but every other employee did.

The whole reason my son wanted to stop here to eat was to play the games. I had a card but no cash. I figured in this day and age of people only carrying cards they would have an ATM, cash back, or swipe and play options on their machines.... There was no store or ATM that was easy to get to with traffic and awkward location of this Cici's. We had no such luck. I should have gone out of my way to get cash/change before we arrived. It was horrible having to tell my little boy that he couldn't play games because they don't have an ATM etc. As disappointed as we were to not be able to play games we still had a...

I I won't go into detail but I've been to a couple of CiCi's before and they kind of disgusted me but the prices are so reasonable I decided to give the CiCi's on beach a shot I wasn't disappointed I especially like the manager, the place was clean I mean freaky clean like if I touch something on the buffet line there's always somebody there to tactfully straighten out the mess for I am a messy person. Came in with my service dog but nobody freaked out I just showed my service card and I think I will start eating at CiCi's at least the one on beach a little bit more often. Now my service dog Charlie a 14 lb shih Tzu he doesn't eat pizza in fact there's nothing at CiCi's he'll really eat but I do offer, to no avail. It's not good to give dogs human food in general, therefore I think I'll be eating there a little bit more often for the service for the food for the leadership of...
