Read moreWent today for fathers day. Worst experience. From the very beginning, we waited about 5 mins before our server even greeted us. Once that was accomplished we got our drinks and appetizer. Before our server asked us for our order or refills in drinks, our appetizer was finished. she walked past our table, said "oh you need refills and to place your order". then LITERALLY WALKED AWAY. Didn't come back for about 10 mins. Took our order. At this time, another table got up and walked out because they hadn't been greeted. they didn't even place their drink order. While waiting for our food we heard another table complaining on wait time and messed up orders. And witnessed a kid out his whole hand in the cottage cheese. server walked by, did not say a word. DISGUSTING. Let me be clear: the ONLY reason why we waited beyond this was bc of our small children. They were being so patient and if we left to go to another restaurant, their patience would not have lasted. So pass by another 15 mins. our food comes. It was clearly sitting under heaters. my husband got mac and cheese, it had a flim on top of it. my daughter got pancakes, they were rubber. My other daughter got French fries, she give us cold onion rings. ( checked our bill. server put in onion rings, cant blame kitchen ).My French fries were covered in so much grease I had to use napkin to dry them off. At this point, my husband and I didn't eat our food. Let the girls eat what they could. Asked for check. At checking out, they asked how our night was, my husband told them. He asked if we wanted a manager, but why bother? At some point our server should have alerted manager. Especially since she had a table walk out on her. It was truly a terrible experience we...
