I stopped in to Paul’s Live from New York pizza after a long day selling at the Apple Festival. It was an excellent experience. I called in my pizza as I left Main Street. I arrived 7 minutes later. Parking was easy. They were so kind and greeted me letting me know my pizza was almost in the oven. The store is very clean. They were busy but the employees had everything under control. I ordered Chicken Club pizza with their gluten free crust because the person that took my order over the phone said that most customers ordered their gluten free crust more than the cauliflower crust. It was very good. My only complaint is that I couldn't even tell that the pizza had any cheese on it. It was take out and my son picked it up. I can say that the service that I received over the phone was great and my son didn't complain about anything when he got home so the service there must have been okay. Paul's Live from New York Pizza has been the best addition to the Fortuna restaurant line up. We almost have more pizza restaurants than Mexican food places. The main reason is you are able to get a quick meal at a good price. Then the owner was very smart by finding a local manager Anna Goodale that knows 90% of the customers by their first names as they walk in the door and what they like to eat. This is by far the beat thing the owner did for his business and the community of Fortuna. The social media impact Anna has created for both the business and the community is just...
