
Customer service experience handled very poorly by multiple Shotz staff. Pulled into the drive thru during their normal operating hours, the shotz vehicle was in front of me, but there were other cars in the drive thru so I didnât think anything of it. Sat there waiting and the women in the shotz vehicle got out and went inside the building. The other cars in the drive thru began moving but the shotz vehicle remained still and didnât move forward. I thought she ran inside to grab something and would be back. When the final vehicle in the drive thru approached the window and the shotz vehicle still wasnât pulling forward I thought something must be up, so I parked and tried the front door, it too was locked. The worker hanging out the drive thru window chatting, could clearly tell I was perplexed but said nothing and sat there looking at me, did nothing to help me. I finally called out and asked if they were closed and she said yes, when I Explained I was there to pick up an order that had already been placed (& paid for) and asked if I needed to let the customer know that theyi were actually closed early for some reason, she said, âWell I have the drink right here.â First off she was rude & unhelpful, but she said it as though they had given me a reasonable option and I was being rude by asking if they were closed. Secondly, how about the other employee who blocked the drive thru?! She didnât bother to tell any of the customers (yes plural, I wasnât the only one waiting) waiting behind her that they were unexpectedly closing early and that is why she was in the drive thru.    Read moreThese catz are the coolest place to get your hottest coffees. I've never had a bad experience, and usually leave in a better mood after talking with the baristas, who are always friendly. They will treat you almost like family, if you happen to become one of their regulars, yet still maintain a professional demeanor. The owner has some strict rules (no free in-house brew refills, no charging outlets, etc.), but I know she's just trying to make a buck in a difficult economy. She'll learn that the attraction of convenience outweighs the cost of offering it, or she'll just stagnate and never grow. Either way works for me, because if Shotz never changed, it would still be favorite place to get an everyday boost in both my alertness and my attitude.
