Subway — Restaurant in Fountain Hills

I've been here several times over the last years, maybe just once every few months. I like the fresh food with lots of choices so quite often go to others when traveling. This is always nice and clean so usually get a foot long. eat half there and half to go. But the serving guy today was terrible, certainly having couple of customers was an unecessary pain for him. He had one earbud in and was obviously listening to some music so I had to repeat myself at least once for everything. I wasn't asked so had to tell him 4 times I wanted some black pepper as he was trying to fold it up. Then I said I wanted the 2 halves wrapped separately he said "really", it was all too much hassle. He's a clear embarassment to the good name and should be fired, and when I go back as I'm sure will and if he's serving I'll just walk away. Usually the service is just fine, but tonight it was terrible. I ordered on the app which has always worked. It said my order would be ready at 550 pm. I got there at 555 pm and I was told that they weren’t ready because they got slammed. Meanwhile there’s only one guy working while another is washing dishes. Maybe he should have been helping make sandwiches? Plus there was no apology or nothing to try to make up for the sandwiches taking till 610 pm to be ready. Terrible service at this location. I ordered three regular old bmt’s from the guy that just stares at you, no hello or what can I make for you (makes you feel very awkward) His manager had to stop what she was doing to “help” and by helping she informed me that bmt’s were now called ultimate bmt’s and they all come with double meat and cheese. I attempted to let her know this was not the case and she started correcting me telling me I was wrong and it was always this way.
