I am really upset or or should i say surprised with my recent visit, i have enjoy my visits here until today. The person who I will say was doing a great outstanding job will be the one who was working front counter. Okay so lets begin, the reason i am giving this place a review is to let yall aware that if you had a problem or a bad experienced on there food and wanted to receieved some kindness words and maybe get a free drink or at least a good trained manager or supervisor. "Rose" or thats what she said her name was. She needs to get her things together as a lead there. When i entered the restaurant and saw that they were not busy so i got here right away by the cashier girl, and i turned to "rose" which i didnt know it was the supervisor or manager but anyways i wanted to clarify with them that my last recent visit my order was midly cold and that my fries were not warm enough. So the manager or "rose" she came to listened and than she said "well do you know who you talked to when u called, and then she said this "theyre not longer working here anymore" we cannot do anything about it. And thats it!!! All i wanted some fries and if i could get them free for this time only cause of my last visit, they werent kind of great. So after i paid for my order without receiving anything she went straight to cleaning. She was more concerned about that than taking care of his customers!. Smh!!!!

Please dave hot chicken dont let a 3 dollars and 49 cents loose you a customer whom spending more than 18 dollars for your restaurant!!

Ps. At the end i wanted some extra cheese sauce and maybe i thought i was gonna get that from the house. But they refused that as well and i had to pay 49 cents for it.

And on top of that i was missing a fork!! For my mac...

I have tried all the chicken from medium to reaper and they all taste amazing but let me start this review by saying the reaper is not for the faint of heart. I’ve tried many places versions of hot over the years but never had anything as hot as reaper. I thought it was a joke when the waiver popped up on the screen but now I know why, I swear I had lava in my stomach after the first slider was down. The crazy part is that despite the insane heat of this sandwich, I couldn’t stop eating it because it’s that good. Medium is great tasting but not hot enough for me so I’ve found that the hot version is the one for me. I usually get the coleslaw I place of fries and add a bit more to my sliders. The hot has just enough heat to satisfy me but not too much like the reaper. The two slider combo in hot is the perfect meal in my humble opinion. I found that they all have a great flavor regardless of what heat level you prefer. The staff is always good and get my orders right every time without fail. The fountain valley location is in a nice spot and easy to find. This is officially my favorite chicken restaurant without a doubt and I’ve got my meal figured out and get the same thing every time. Ordering is easy from the kiosk even if you have a special order. I...

I've always had a high tolerance for spicy food and never had a sensitive stomach -- until I ate the Reaper-level cauliflower sandwich from this location.

There was no warning, no waiver, and nothing from the staff to indicate just how extreme the spice level was. I took only a couple of bites, and almost immediately experienced sharp upper stomach pain that radiated to my back, along with tingling in my hands. It was intense and alarming.

I later found out this sandwich gave me a burn to my stomach lining, causing severe gastritis -- something I had never experienced before. It's been almost two months, and I'm still not recovered. I've had to change my diet, avoid foods I used to enjoy, and manage ongoing symptoms.

Now I'm worried this might have triggered a chronic condition. I've never had any stomach issues prior to this.

The Reaper level here isn't just "hot." It's medically dangerous. Something this extreme needs a clear warning or waiver, because what happened to me wasn't just discomfort -- it was an actual injury.

Please be cautious if you're thinking about ordering it, especially on an empty stomach. I truly hope the restaurant updates their policy so others don't suffer...

What a simple menu that tickles the tongue, slaps the cheeks and drips your nose. The sliders are definitely GMF (good mouth feel). The moment your teeth cuts the batter and the breast, drizzled in their creamy house sauce, rouge red spice, and gentle supple buns sloshing in your mouth as you chew slowly before your gullet receives the bolus that was your slider; that is what makes eating this so much fun. The slider was a good gradual spice increasing with every bite. Made my nose require multiple napkin wipes, spreading the chili spice around my mouth causing a warm chain reaction sensation and swelling of my lips. Don't worry, it calms down after. Overall if you're in need of a spicy sandwich, this place is a quick pick. This place satisfies those south of LA not going to Howling Rays because the drive is too far. Luckily this place made itself a chain and you might not be too far from the next one. Cluck cluck šŸ”„šŸ„µšŸ”
