🌟 OWNER & MANAGER ARE FRIENDLY, SANDWICHES ARE GREAT 🌟
✔️ STAFF = I have NEVER had a bad experience with the staff, they are friendly and offer suggestions. They put up with some VERY picky people that live around this area & still keep a decent attitude. The TIP jar deserves more dollars in my opinion ;) ✔️ FOOD = After ordering here 100's of times I have never been sick or even disappointed with the sandwiches. The meatball & chicken subs are all VERY good...this is not always the case at Subways. ✔️ DETAILS = The complaints about the management are probably not accurate & are likely directed at the OWNER that sometimes works the counter. I have NEVER had the owner or staff be a problem for me & in fact they engage in small talk occasionally & laugh or smile even when the customers are overly sensitive at times. THAT SAID...I am not happy about SUBWAYS CORPORATE decisions on sales & special sandwich days...they have raised prices & failed to add additional value to the combos. This is NOT the problem of the franchise though, so they get a pass from me.
:: OVERALL :: This is my favorite SUBWAY by far, it is FAST, EFFICIENT, TASTY & FRIENDLY....what more could I ask for from any fast food franchise? If they did a poor job or were rude I would have no problem stating it in this review. Check 'em out...
Read moreI ordered online to pick up in store. I arrive and someone was in front of my to pick up his order. He eventually picked up all the mobile orders which included mine and he left the store with it. The worker was very rude to begin with and asked me in a moking way "did u get your bag, no right" then I process to wait for her to make me another sandwich which I waited and I was not saying anything at all. She hesistented to make the new sandwiches and attempt to call the person that picked mistakenly pick up the order then process to make my orders. I left outside to pick up my phone to call my husband and the guy came back with the sandwiches and return it to the store. They then tell me here are my sandwiches that LEFT THE STORE ands want me to accept it. I was talking to my husband at that point and they start to talk loudly that I need to talk to them instead of being on the phone. I then finish my convo on the phone and ask them nicely to remake the order. The worker then said you can get your money back. The entire interaction she was very very rude. Read moreWent to this location for the second time with the same coupon from the same coupon paper in the community. I used the same "3x footlongs for $19.99" but was refused at checkout, and the staff stated "it's not valid" after scanned the coupon (expiration date was May third, 2025). I didn't bring the whole sheet of coupon with me to prove anything. When I asked to to talk to the manager, I was told he's not at the store, and stated "it's Easter Sunday, I cannot call." What kind of business that a manager is not even on standby given on a special day? We were arguing for a while until another staff helped me and got it worked out.
