McDonald's — Restaurant in Fountain Valley

My experience with Temporary Manager "Dora" was Condescending, Prejudice, Discriminative, Rude, Dismissive, unprofessional, unwelcoming. Her behavior is unacceptable towards customers, she lacks professionalism and lacks customer service. I personally felt humiliated and violated by "Dora" she's a Temporary Manager. Dora needs to be held accountable for her patronazing, disrespectful, negative attitude towards me being a regular customer and consumer. She highly needs training in management position. Her delivery and behavior falls on a low grade scale, I personally think that she doesn't represent a corporate or franchise restaurant manager level position. She is the root cause and carries a negative attitude and approach. She is also provoking customers in a negative manner. I said to her that I would report her for being discriminative and provoking. I'm also from the LGBT community and I'm a regular customer for over 20years and I've seen it all at this location. Dora is more than welcome to give her False statements and false accusations with no proof of any matter. I know my rights as a customer and consumer. I just drove through and ordered (about 2:00 pm) a 1 large Diet Coke, that’s all. I paid 2.82, no problem kid at the pay window was super nice. I went to the next window to pick up the drink and the young girl in there handed me a drink and I said is this a large drink? She said no it’s medium, I said oh I ordered a Large. She actually told me no that I didn’t order a large, Me: yes I did Girl: if you did you would have paid 2.82 Me: I just paid 2.82 Girl: no you didn’t! She pulled out a receipt and showed me it said medium Diet Coke and a Filet of Fish ( which I didn’t order) Me: I didn’t order a filet of fish Girl: you ordered a filet of fish Me: No I didn’t, I only ordered a Large Diet Coke. I went to this location today with my wife and three small children. We arrived at 7:30 PM. I went to order, and my wife was concerned that there was a transient who was camping out in the corner of the restaurant. This man had taken up residence and was covered with bandages and was clearly under the influence of some substance. I expressed my concern to the manager “Jose,” and he was very condescending. He said I don’t see a problem. I told him that we would have to take our business elsewhere, and he said go right ahead.

I find it upsetting that we as law abiding citizens who are doing all that we can to benefit society essentially get run out of your restaurant, while a felon who is under the influence and hasn’t bathed in months is allowed to live rent free in your restaurant.
